Role Description Looking for your next step in MEP BIM? We are currently hiring BIM Specialists focused on Mechanical, HVAC, and Plumbing trades to support multiple Business Units. The deal: - You’ll start working with us in a vendor-based model. - If you perform well → you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a staff position at ENG. - This is a full-time opportunity, so full-time availability is required. - You’ll also need to have your own computer/laptop to work with. Simple as that. You’re a fit if you have: - Solid understanding of HVAC systems (ductwork, sheet metal, hydronic & refrigerant piping). - Solid understanding of plumbing systems (domestic water, sanitary, vent). - Solid understanding of equipment layouts. - Proven experience with Revit (LOD 350 - 400) for HVAC and/or Plumbing modeling. - Proven experience with sheet metal modeling workflows. - Proven experience with fabrication parts (Fab Parts). - Experience using Navisworks for coordination and clash detection. - 2–3+ years of experience in BIM, construction, or mechanical/plumbing environments. - Immediate availability to start (very important). - Advanced English (spoken and written) — must be able to communicate fluently with international teams. ⚠️ Candidates without this level will not be considered. Bonus points: - Knowledge of NEC standards. - U.S. project experience.
