Program Driver / Lead Coach – Technical Learning Paths

Role Description We are looking for a Program Driver / Lead Coach to lead and operate our Technical Learning Paths. This person will be the main owner of the program, responsible for structuring the learning journey, coordinating technical experts and trade coaches, managing the weekly rhythm, and making sure trainees receive a clear, practical, and consistent training experience. Core Responsibilities - Convert raw technical content into a structured learning journey. - Keep training content organized in current tools, such as SharePoint. - Own the weekly operating rhythm of the program, including cadence, cohorts, check-ins, and follow-ups. - Deliver training and coach trainees on general topics. - Coordinate MEP Trade Coaches and Specialty Mentors during the technical track. - Coordinate SME and expert participation when needed. - Keep the curriculum updated according to current workflows, software, tools, and process changes. - Support the program setup in the Learning Management System, such as Deel, Engage, or similar platforms. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in VDC/BIM. - Strong understanding of Revit, Navisworks, coordination workflows, and multi-trade collaboration. - Strong facilitation, coaching, and training delivery skills. - Fluent English. - Ability to structure content into a clear curriculum or learning path. - Strong organization and communication skills. - Ability to coordinate experts, coaches, and trainees. Requirements - Experience building apprenticeships, internal academies, bootcamps, or technical training programs. - Experience coordinating SMEs, mentors, or technical experts. - Experience with Learning Management Systems. - Experience creating curricula, learning paths, training guides, or onboarding programs. This position serves as the lead instructor and program authority for complex and high-liability law enforcement training programs and exercises broad independent judgment in the planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of agency training initiatives. - Serves as the agency's senior law enforcement training authority responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, instruction, and evaluation of agency-wide law enforcement training programs affecting all Office of Investigations personnel. - Provides advanced instruction in a variety of law enforcement disciplines including firearms, active shooter response, tactical movement, use of force, control tactics, officer survival, tactical medicine, less-lethal systems, force-on-force instruction, reality-based scenario training, tactical operations, instructor development, and other specialized law enforcement training areas. - Plans, coordinates, and conducts advanced classroom, practical, live-fire, and scenario-based training programs designed to enhance operational readiness, tactical proficiency, and officer safety. Requirements - Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled.
