Role Description Get paid while you level up your BIM career working on real projects. This is not your typical job. You’ll start working with us under a vendor-based engagement model, gaining real project experience from day one. If you perform well, you’ll have a clear path to transition into a full-time staff position at ENG. - Work on real MEP BIM projects (no training-only tasks) - Support modeling and coordination using Revit & Navisworks - Collaborate with experienced BIM professionals on US-based projects Qualifications - Have experience in Sheet Metal / HVAC ductwork modeling - Work confidently with Revit + FAB Parts (mandatory) - Understand LOD 350 modeling workflows - Have experience modeling, coordinating, and producing sheets - Are comfortable working in collaborative BIM environments - Are a team player (this role is 100% collaborative) - Able to communicate in English - Immediate and Full-time availability - Own laptop required Requirements - Start as a vendor → gain real project experience → move to staff if you perform well Benefits - Limited spots available
