Role Description As a Civil BIM Specialist (Civil Engineer), you will create accurate and detailed BIM models for civil (ideally infrastructures or utilities). Your role involves reviewing project specifications and design information to ensure constructible, precise, and high-quality models. You will work both autonomously and as part of a team, identifying and resolving conflicts during the modeling process and ensuring the final product meets client expectations. Key Responsibilities - Modeling and Design: Develop accurate structural and civil BIM models using Revit as the main tool, with Navisworks for coordination. Experience with Civil 3D is a strong plus. - Review and Analysis: Interpret and analyze project documents, such as structural drawings, specifications, and submittals, ensuring accuracy and constructability. - Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve potential clashes during modeling and coordination with other disciplines. - Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver integrated BIM solutions. Qualifications - At least 3 years of experience in civil modeling within BIM projects. - Proficiency in Revit is required. Experience with Navisworks, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS is desirable. - Degree in Civil Engineering. - Proficient or advanced level of English (spoken and written) is a MUST.
