What You’ll Do: - Lead the mechanical design process for complex engineering projects from concept through delivery. - Develop, review, and coordinate mechanical design documentation, drawings, calculations, and technical deliverables. - Guide and mentor designers and engineers, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with project standards. - Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical, process, structural, and BIM professionals. - Review technical requirements, specifications, and engineering standards to ensure designs are fit for purpose and delivered on time. - Support technical problem-solving, design reviews, and engineering decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications - Advanced English (a must!). - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. - Solid experience in mechanical design engineering, ideally in industrial, plant, or multidisciplinary environments. - Proven experience leading design efforts and coordinating technical teams. - Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, engineering documentation, and design standards. - Experience creating, reviewing, and interpreting mechanical drawings, layouts, and P&IDs. - Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. - Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Requirements - Knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD Plant 3D. - Experience working in BIM-based project environments. - Background in coordination with international or remote teams. - Experience in EPC, industrial, manufacturing, or process-related projects.
