Role Description We are looking for MEP Technical Learning Coaches to support the design and delivery of trade-specific technical training programs. We are hiring coaches for the main MEP trade tracks: - Electrical - Mechanical - Plumbing - Sheetmetal Candidates with expertise in one specific trade are welcome, and candidates with experience across more than one MEP trade will be highly valued. The purpose of this role is to have accountable technical owners for each major MEP trade track, helping us strengthen training quality, improve delivery, and reduce project execution risks through better technical preparation. Core Responsibilities - Convert raw MEP technical content into practical learning materials, such as learning pills, modules, presentations, guides, or live sessions. - Own or support the coaching and training delivery for one or more MEP trade-specific learning paths. - Review and guide trainee work during the training program, providing technical feedback and support. - Keep training materials updated according to current software, tools, processes, standards, and real team workflows. - Organize training content in the current internal tools, such as SharePoint, while the program matures. - Support the setup of the program in the Learning Management System, such as Deel, Engage, or similar platforms. - Partner with the Lead Coach and internal teams to improve the learning experience and ensure training is practical, clear, and scalable. Qualifications - Strong technical expertise in at least one MEP trade: Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Sheetmetal. - 3+ years of BIM modeling experience with LOD 350 and/or LOD 400. - Seniority equivalent to BIM Specialist or BIM Lead/Job Captain or similar experience. - Strong Revit knowledge; experience with trade-specific workflows, fabrication, spooling, coordination, or production standards is highly valued. - Strong facilitation, coaching, or training delivery skills in technical subjects (MEP). - Fluent English. - Ability to structure technical content into clear learning materials. - Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical topics in a simple and practical way. Requirements - Experience across more than one MEP trade. - Experience building or delivering technical training programs. - Experience mentoring, coaching, or onboarding BIM modelers. - Experience with Learning Management Systems. - Experience creating technical guides, workflows, documentation, or learning materials. Role Description The assignment aims to design and deliver a structured, practical training programme that equips young people, particularly young mothers, with essential skills in business development, financial management, social entrepreneurship, marketing, and access to finance. Scope of Work: - Develop a structured, context-appropriate training curriculum and materials covering business models, financial management, corporate governance, marketing, and access to finance. - Deliver participatory and practical training sessions, for about four days in four districts, to targeted youth beneficiaries, with a focus on young mothers and vulnerable groups. - Develop and share simple tools and templates to support business planning, financial management, and enterprise development. Qualifications - Master's Degree in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or any other relevant field.
