• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack (front-end, back-end, databases, and APIs). • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue). • Develop robust server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and microservices using languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET. • Create and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models (SQL and/or NoSQL). • Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards. • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance. • Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and internal systems. • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement. • Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications using CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and high-quality user experiences. • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the tech stack.

• Lead end-to-end service desk operations and continuous improvement • Oversee daily operations across shifts and manage ticket flow • Set service standards for end-user interactions and manage escalations • Define, track, and report KPIs and lead corrective actions • Hire, coach, schedule, and develop service desk staff • Build and govern a searchable knowledge base and self-service portal • Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve service • Coordinate with internal resolver groups to meet SLAs/OLAs • Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and quality controls for execution

• Work on billable product implementation, enhancement, integration or audit projects • Design, develop, and enhance JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications using C Business Functions (C BSFNs), NER, and UBE development tools • Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions • Customize and maintain JDE modules such as Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Procurement based on organizational needs • Develop and optimize Orchestrations, BSSV, and REST integrations with external systems • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies • Participate in full SDLC activities including design reviews, code reviews, testing, and deployment • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, test plans, and deployment instructions • Support JDE upgrades, ESUs, and system patches, ensuring compatibility and stability • Work closely with CNC administrators to ensure smooth environment migrations and performance tuning • Provide ongoing production support and participate in on-call rotation as needed

• Administering, maintaining, and developing the ServiceNow platform across the organization. • Handle technical administration and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM Professional within a Domain Separated environment. • Identify ways to optimize the platform to enhance overall user satisfaction. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable enhancements and integrations. • Design workflows and business rules on ServiceNow to improve services. • Serve as the primary contact for operational requests, issues, and planning related to ServiceNow. • Manage ServiceNow release upgrades. • Partner closely with Software Development Engineers to coordinate updates, patches, and configuration adjustments. • Deliver training on ServiceNow procedures and processes.

• Consult clients on business goals, objectives, and needs as they relate to ERP • Implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications software • Work directly with clients to provide needs assessment, installation, set-up, implementation, training, and consultation services • Travel to client sites as required • Gather business requirements and translate needs into software solutions • Define specifications and data models for product development and testing • Create detailed test cases and analyze results • Assess available solutions and recommend to consulting team • Develop and maintain strong client relationships • Train and mentor other Oracle Cloud Resources • Support, Direct, and Configure Oracle Fusion software solutions • Create test scripts and training documentation • Keep project manager informed on individual deliverables • Manage track/workstream independently and conduct requirements and training sessions • Fully configure the Oracle Cloud modules in your application track/workstream

• Sell Denovo’s Oracle Cloud solutions and consulting services directly into Public Sector and commercial accounts • Strategically align with Oracle Channels and co-selling with their sales team • Maximize and expand Oracle network across public sector and commercial sales and solution engineering teams highlighting Denovo’s team, capabilities, and tools • Identify leads via targeted account lists, campaigns, networking, events and/or other sources • Maximize professional network through trusted advisor and Executive relationships built by offering Denovo services to said network • Convert leads into qualified pipeline • Understand industry trends and client needs, develop & deliver compelling value propositions • Effectively lead a strategic and complex sales process • Work to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration directly or via the Oracle partner ecosystem • Manage accounts throughout the entire sales process, and collaborate with team members in Marketing, Pre-sales, and Delivery to uncover customer needs • Travel to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities • Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of the Denovo value proposition • Give engaging customer presentations to all levels of leadership, including C-level • Liaise with customer contacts for the purpose of managing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing sales

• Consult clients on business goals, objectives, and needs relating to ERP • Implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications software • Provide needs assessment, installation, set-up, implementation, training, and consultation services • Design, build, and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM solutions across modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Absence, Payroll, and Benefits • Develop and enhance HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI analytics • Configure business processes, workflows, and approvals using Oracle BPM and HCM configuration tools • Integrate Oracle HCM with third-party systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) • Support data migration activities including HDL (HCM Data Loader), HSDL, and spreadsheet loaders • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes • Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Participate in quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, regression testing, and impact analysis • Ensure adherence to security, data privacy, and role-based access control standards • Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and configuration guides

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to grow Oracle Managed Services revenue • Develop strategic relationships with C-suite and senior executives to influence long-term IT roadmap decisions • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations showcasing Denovo’s managed services value proposition • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to create high-quality proposals • Drive sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and closure, meeting or exceeding sales quotas • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring strong pipeline management and activity tracking • Provide ongoing post-sales support to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and upsell-based growth • Develop referenceable accounts that can publicly advocate Denovo’s Managed Services offerings • Position no-code/low-code platforms as extensions of Oracle ERP, enabling rapid process automation, long-tail process digitization and reduction of ERP customizations • Support pricing and packaging strategies for No-code solutions, AI-enabled services and Managed Services automation add-ons

• Log and track support tickets, gather necessary information from users, and resolve basic technical issues within scope. • Provide entry-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. • Assist with software installations and updates. • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, backups, and hardware checks under supervision. • Assist with creating and managing user accounts in systems like Active Directory and Office 365. • Identify issues that require advanced troubleshooting and escalate to senior team members as needed. • Maintain a helpful and professional attitude when interacting with users, ensuring a positive support experience. • Participate in training and certification programs to build technical skills and knowledge. • Other duties as assigned.
