Role Description As a Reporting & Analytics Specialist, you will work with different customers on reporting and analytics within SAP SuccessFactors. You will collaborate closely with implementation and customer reporting teams to develop and maintain reports and dashboards across tools such as Report Stories, Workforce Analytics, and legacy SuccessFactors reporting solutions. You will also support troubleshooting, dashboard creation, and post-go-live reporting activities, becoming a go-to expert for reporting and analytics topics. You will join a growing team of experienced reporting specialists, with strong opportunities to learn and develop while supporting customers across Europe in their HR digitalization and people analytics journey. - Lead technical and functional implementation of reporting and analytics solutions - Function as the reporting specialist in larger implementation projects - Ensure that reports and dashboards remain functional and available - Support teams with developing new reports and dashboards, and provide troubleshooting when needed - Ensure regression testing of reporting solutions for each SAP release is performed - Update workbooks and other relevant documentation Qualifications - At least 2 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools - Solid understanding of the hire-to-retire process in SuccessFactors - Strong knowledge of the data models in Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Talent Management - Good understanding of authorization concepts in Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Talent Management - Comfortable using common office tools and technologies such as Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel - Experience working with the SAP Support Portal and SAP Help Portal - Ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed international team - Fluent in English - SAP Certified in SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (nice to have) - Microsoft Power BI certification and hands-on experience (nice to have) - SAP Certified in SuccessFactors People Analytics, including Report Story, Report Canvas, and Table Reports (nice to have) Benefits - Benefits package tailored to each region where we have employees - Yearly bonus linked to company performance - Fully remote work environment - Home office setup reimbursement (desk and chair) - Work-life balance - Learning and development opportunities, including support for certifications in various professional areas - Exposure to international and well-known clients across the market - Opportunity to work alongside a senior team in one of the leading SAP SuccessFactors consultancies - Flat organizational structure that encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing
