Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role within SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects is strongly preferred
- We are also open to candidates who have gained implementation project experience with other HRIS platforms such as Workday, Workforce Software, Oracle HCM, UKG, Cornerstone, or similar solutions
- Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, or Performance & Goals
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, workshop support, and stakeholder management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
