Senior SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant
Effective People
• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors integration projects, from requirements gathering through design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support • Design and implement integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP, and third-party systems • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on integration architecture, best practices, and solution design • Facilitate client workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions • Configure, develop, and support integrations using SAP integration technologies • Define and maintain integration standards, reusable assets, and technical documentation • Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions • Ensure integration security, compliance, and adherence to enterprise architecture standards
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in SAP integration and SuccessFactors projects
- SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
- Experience configuring and supporting IAS (Identity Authentication Service) and IPS (Identity Provisioning Service)
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors APIs
- Client-facing consulting experience, including workshops, advisory engagements, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
