• Build and own GTM integrations: Design, implement, and troubleshoot integrations across our marketing and revenue stack using APIs, webhooks, native integrations, automation platforms, and lightweight scripts. • Create reliable automation workflows: Build multi-step workflows in tools like Customer.io, Salesforce Flow, n8n, Zapier, and other GTM systems. Incorporate branching logic, payload transformations, retries, error handling, alerts, and documentation so automations can scale beyond one-off hacks. • Debug data and workflow failures: Investigate broken syncs, missing fields, malformed payloads, API errors, rate limits, attribution gaps, and automation edge cases. You should be comfortable reading logs, testing endpoints, and tracing data across systems. • Support GTM systems architecture: Help define how tools should connect, where data should live, how fields should map, and how teams should use systems consistently across marketing, sales, success, and RevOps. • Improve data quality and accessibility: Build processes that improve data hygiene, enrichment, segmentation, attribution, reporting, and operational visibility across the GTM organization. • Write lightweight operational scripts: Use Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar tools to automate recurring tasks, process CSVs, call APIs, restructure data, and solve problems that are too custom for standard no-code tools. • Collaborate with GTM teams: Partner with Growth, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and RevOps to understand business needs and translate them into reliable technical solutions.

• Alpha-to-production ownership — take newly built agents from working v1 to production-ready: write evals, harden prompts and tool definitions, and refactor prototype scaffolding into clean, production-quality code. • Observability & stability — instrument tracing, logging, and monitoring across the agent fleet so we catch regressions before our 120+ GTM users do. • Deployment & infrastructure — stand up and maintain the pipelines that get agents into users' hands without surprises, owning environment parity and release hygiene on our GCP stack. • Database administration — own how agents read from and write to our databases, safely and at scale. • Fleet maintenance — monitor agent behavior in production, triage issues, and ship the steady stream of improvements that make an agent indispensable rather than just useful. • Partner closely with the GTM AI team — free up our agent builders to stay in their zero-to-one wheelhouse while you own scale and reliability. • Bring an outside point of view — tell us what we built wrong, and back it up with a plan to fix it.

Role Description Hi, I’m Terre Holmes, Accounts Payable Manager, and I’m looking for a Contractor Accounts Payable Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Accounting team. This is a mid-level role - we're looking for someone who already gets the fundamentals of accounting and understands the why behind how we process payables, not just the mechanics of getting an invoice from A to B. You should be able to connect what you're doing day-to-day to where the team is headed, so we're building together instead of you needing a lot of hand-holding along the way. This is a great role for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll work closely with our AP Manager and broader Accounting team to ensure timely, accurate payables and solid financial hygiene. One thing we want to be upfront about: this role carries real ownership and can be demanding at times. If you're looking for a steady, identical-every-day kind of job, this probably isn't it. If you want a role where the work matters and you're trusted to run with it, that's exactly what we're building. - Process incoming invoices with speed and accuracy, ensuring correct vendor setup, GL coding, and department allocation - Review invoices for completeness and follow up on missing or incorrect information - Monitor the AP inbox and route questions or requests to the appropriate internal stakeholders - Onboard new vendors in our accounting system and maintain up-to-date vendor records - Respond to vendor inquiries with clear, professional communication - Match invoices to agreements or supporting documentation when applicable - Reconcile vendor statements against AP records and flag discrepancies - Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and investigate declined charges - Support weekly payment runs by preparing payment batches and updating trackers - Maintain organized digital records to support audits, reporting, and month-end close - Assist with light month-end activities, including invoice compilation for accruals - Contribute to ongoing AP process improvements and data clean-up initiatives Qualifications - Mid-level AP experience - we're specifically not looking for someone entry-level - Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals, including accruals and prepaid amortizations (a degree isn't required if you've built this knowledge through hands-on AP experience) - Startup experience is a big plus - Strong attention to detail and a high bar for data accuracy - Clear, professional written communication skills - Comfort managing routine, deadline-driven work in a remote environment, with the composure to stay steady even when things get a little stressful - Willingness to ask questions, flag issues, and escalate appropriately - Experience with Ramp is a plus, especially Ramp Bill Pay. Requirements - Enjoy structured, process-driven work and take pride in getting the details right - Stay organized and calm when handling a steady flow of tasks - Communicate proactively and follow through consistently - Prefer clean books and tidy records over "we'll fix it later" Logistics - Hours: Full time - 40 hours/week - Location: Remote, located in the US or Canada - Contract: 6-months, with possible extension/conversion - Compensation: $40USD/hour - Collaboration: Works closely with Accounts Payable Manager Our Process - No gotchas, no trick questions — just a clear, human process designed to help both of us decide if this is a good fit. - 30-minute Zoom call with a Recruiter - 30-minute Zoom call with the AP Manager - 30-minute Zoom call with Leadership - Take-home scenario exercise, followed by a final review call with the AP Manager - All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check and employment verification as part of our pre-engagement process. Join us! Check out our careers page for more information about why you should come work with us! We believe in empathy, transparency, responsibility, and, yes, a little awkwardness. • Own the design of a product area end to end — strategy, flows, edge cases, and shipped quality. • Design flows, not just screens — identify where users will get stuck before they do, and treat self-service (onboarding, activation, recovery) as a primary discipline. • Close the gap between design and shipped product — pair with engineering during implementation, catch regressions, and contribute directly in code: Pluma components, production UI fixes, interaction prototypes. • Contribute actively to Pluma, our design system — use it well, propose extensions thoughtfully, fix inconsistencies, and step into stewardship of components adjacent to your work. • Develop a point of view on AI in your product area — prototype the interaction, not just the screen, and treat uncertainty, latency, and reversibility as real design factors. • Partner with PM and Engineering on roadmap and tradeoffs — bring UX into the conversation early, push back when it shortchanges the user, and own the quality of your area over time. • Mentor designers earlier in their career through pairing, critique, and the example set by your own work.
