Event Marketing Coordinator

• Own Customer.io's North America events calendar - field events, hosted dinners, sponsored conferences, and virtual sessions • Partner with the Events Manager and marketing team to define goals, audiences, formats, and success metrics • Evaluate sponsorships, speaking slots, and new opportunities aligned to our demand and pipeline goals • Own day-to-day logistics: vendor coordination, timelines, run-of-show, speaker prep, and on-the-ground support • Manage registration flows, pre-event comms, and the attendee experience from first touch to follow-up • Work closely with Sales, CS, Brand, and Content to keep every event well-scoped, on-message, and supported with the right assets • Lead planning and execution of customer-focused events - hosted dinners, Suite Series experiences, and curated roundtables for our most strategic accounts • Collaborate with CS and AM to identify and invite the right customers, build post-event follow-up workflows, and capture feedback that deepens relationships and supports expansion pipeline • Identify opportunities to grow the customer event program and increase its impact on retention and advocacy • Track event performance - registrations, attendance, engagement, and pipeline impact • Share insights and recommendations to improve ROI and attendee experience • Maintain documentation, templates, and repeatable workflows that make running events more scalable

Job Requirements

  • Located in North America
  • 2+ years in event marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing within B2B SaaS
  • Experience running a mix of virtual events, webinars, and in-person activations
  • Strong project management skills - you juggle timelines, tasks, and teams with ease
