Payroll Specialist

Position Summary: The IT Incident Manager is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and management of all incoming support requests across the organization’s IT tracking systems. This role ensures incidents are properly triaged, prioritized, assigned, and resolved within agreed SLAs. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader with strong analytical skills who can evaluate severity, ROI, and completeness of requests and collaborate across multiple IT functions—including traditional IT support, software development, and ERP configuration/support. Duties and Responsibilities: - Monitor and triage all incoming support requests logged in various IT tracking systems (e.g., Freshservice, custom issue log, direct requests from stakeholders). - Validate request completeness and ensure all required details are captured. - Assess each incident for severity, business impact, and completeness. - Determine appropriate priority based on facts provided in the incident. - Identify incidents vs. enhancements and route accordingly. - Assign incidents to the proper resource or team (IT Support, 3rd Party Partners, ERP/Business Applications). - Confirm resolution quality, validate with requestors, and keep incident tracking systems clean by closing tickets. - Analyze incident trends, root causes, and recurring issues; propose problem management initiatives. - Partner with teams to improve incident prevention, monitoring, alerting, and automation. - Work across all areas of IT: traditional IT support (end-user, infrastructure), software development (applications, integrations), and ERP configuration/support. - Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to align incident handling with business priorities. Skills and Requirements: - 3–5+ years of experience in Incident Management or Service Desk. - Strong understanding of ITIL concepts (Incident, Problem, Change, SLA, Priority/Urgency, CMDB). - Proven ability to assess severity, business impact, and ROI to prioritize effectively. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple concurrent incidents.

Solutions Architects are responsible for analyzing the prospect's current cash management processes and developing an ROI for the retail solution by creating a future state process while implementing a retail solution. Solutions Architects are Subject Matter Experts on Cennox Recyclers and will support Demos of the recyclers both in person and virtual. Job Description: The Solutions Architect helps drive value and change management with prospects and clients. By applying solution selling and recycler adoption experience from planning to implementing, the Solutions Architect supports and enables successful adoption of Cennox Recyclers. Solutions Architects work collaboratively with Cennox’s customers across segments, including sales, product management, and marketing organizations. This role provides technical guidance, process adoption, and support throughout the entire sales cycle. Solution Architects can help shape and execute a strategy to successfully deploy recyclers with customers by becoming the trusted advisor. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and have a proven record of accomplishment in recycling technology or retail operations. Proficiency in connecting technology solutions to measurable business value is critical to a Solutions Architect. Objectives: - Develop a full understanding of Cennox Recycler and Cash Automation Solutions and becoming a Subject Matter Expert - Develop an understanding of various cash management processes within Retail, Grocery, C-Store, QSR, Gaming etc. Responsibilities: - Conduct both the hardware and software demonstrations from the customer experience studio in-person and/or remotely via live video. - Engage with customers, both onsite and remotely, by providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process. - Perform onsite Cash Ecosystem, Current Process, and Time and Motion Studies at client locations and create an ROI/Business Case for the customer. - Collaborate with the sales team to support and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue targets through the adoption of Cennox Recyclers. - Be Responsible for supporting prospects during a Proof of Concept (POC) to ensure successful evaluation of the stated business goals. - 2 to 3 days on-site POC training and hand holding on both the device and process change - Build deep relationships with people within customer environments to enable them to be Cennox advocates. - Support trade shows as technical SME to set-up, test, and be on-call as needed for device of software issue resolutions - Serve as the customer advocate to Cennox teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing. - Maintain specialty competency in Cash Recyclers and Retail Cash Management related to Cennox’s market focus through training, certification, and creating working examples for reuse internally and by customers and partners. - Design Device/User Configuration based on customer requirements. - Setup Customer/Device/User requirements in the Cennox Portal / Devices - All other duties as assigned.
