Role Description The Master Data Project Manager owns the end-to-end process for new SKU setup and product lifecycle master data in ERP, including phase-in/phase-out (PIPO). This role ensures data, approvals, and sequencing are completed accurately and on time to support product launches, execution, and reporting. This is a remote position where the FSR will create their schedule and work from home when not in the field. The FSR will provide industry leading technical and customer service for CCM’s Commercial Roofing customer base. The FSR manages warranty inspections, job-site training, warranty claim investigations, training, product support, and generation of internal and external reports. This job typically operates Monday – Friday, with occasional weekend work and travel. Role Description The Territory Sales Representative is primarily responsible for providing sales, marketing, and general business support to ensure the growth of their territory along with the prospecting and development of new business. Role Description This position is responsible for driving demand for Building Envelope Systems solutions through Architects, Engineers and Consultants (AEC community). Working collaboratively with the Technical Sales team to secure projects, this role is essential to delivering maximum value to customers. Through adherence to the BES Playbook, the Architectural Sales Representative will establish value in the design stage and bidding process, working closely with the AECs. The ideal candidate will have a building science and/or construction background and is familiar with technical sales. This role will interface with target and key customers to strengthen and grow existing relationships. Duties and Responsibilities - Persuade design/architectural community on the value propositions for BES solutions. - Ownership of the ‘spec-to-ship’ process, interfacing closely with the architectural and consulting community to drive a higher level of specified sales for both new construction and restoration. - Ability to rapidly grow commercial, institutional and multi-family sales to deliver year-over-year growth. - Actively engage in prospecting for new opportunities and strengthen customer relationships. - Manage relationships throughout multiple levels of the construction process (Architect, Engineer, Consultant and Owner) to ensure our value proposition is clearly understood and leveraged. - Disciplined approach to market segmentation and time management. - Track opportunities using our CRM, collaborating with other members of the Technical Sales team to secure projects throughout the sales process. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - 5+ years related industry experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Bachelor’s degree (B.S) or equivalent experience.
