Role Description This is an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced, customer-focused, outdoor working environment. This is a remote position where the FSR will create their schedule and work from home when not in the field. The FSR will provide industry-leading technical and customer service for CCM’s Commercial Roofing customer base. The individual will advise and assist architects to help secure the specification of Polyisocyanurate Insulation products while working with roofing contractors to consult on tapered designs, troubleshoot onsite issues, and provide general customer support. This role is fully remote. - Interpret architectural plans and specifications - Design, estimate and price tapered roof insulation quotations for customers - Work daily with Architects, General Contractors, Roofing Contractors on design and budgetary constraints - Communicate with contractors on revisions to projects to close the sale - Generate working shop drawings for submittals and product installation - Provide onsite customer support, job startups, installation expertise and field verification where needed Qualifications - Essential Full Performance Knowledge: - CAD (Computer Aided Design) program(s) - Excel - CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) software - Mathematic ability - Basic Roofing industry knowledge - Essential Full Performance Skills: - Ability to read Architectural plans and drawings - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - Customer Service skill set - Essential Full Performance Abilities: - Ability to work with mathematical and statistical applications as they apply to the function of the position - Written and oral comprehension and expression - Inductive and Deductive Reasoning Requirements - Education: - Associate’s or Technical Degree in Drafting, Construction Design, Construction Technology, Mechanical Drafting or similar - Experience: - 1-2 years’ experience in a related field Benefits - Remote home office setting with occasional travel - Monday-Friday; 8:00 am-5:00 pm; longer hours required depending on situation and customer needs
