Role Description The Customer Service Specialist provides customer service to North American external customers and internal customers as it relates to processing product orders. - Respond to customer calls, emails, and faxed requests. - Handle and maintain all customer-specific processes and/or systems as it relates to the New Business Development customer base. - Understand and manage the price change process including notifications to internal and external parties. - Serve as main point of contact for service and product complaint resolution. - Coordinate new product setup or changes with Product Management and Operations and communications with customers. - Handle large volumes of calls, emails, and faxes. Role Description The Sr Pricing Specialist (SAP) is part of a team responsible for the day-to-day operations surrounding the SAP Product Database which includes but is not limited to: - Setting-up and maintaining products in the retail market. - Constantly documenting and improving data integrity. - Being a proactive team member in introducing and assessing new operational processes. - Responding to and assisting internal customers with their data-related requests. The intern will support the development of short-term and long-term team strategy by preparing data, summarizing findings, and uncovering actionable insights. - Support the development of campaign and competitive performance reports - Track engagement strategy results and help identify trends and optimization opportunities - Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to uncover actionable insights - Contribute to testing initiatives by preparing data and summarizing findings - Help translate analytical insights into clear, impactful summaries for cross-functional teams - Support cross collaborative reporting processes - Assist in documenting workflows and identifying opportunities for process improvement - Present key insights and learnings in team meetings - Gain hands-on experience with data analytics tools, technologies, and performance measurement frameworks Qualifications - Junior or Senior year student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related field - Strong interest in data analytics, data storytelling, and performance measurement - Experience working with data through coursework, academic projects, or internships - Ability to translate data findings into clear, actionable insights - Proficient in MS Office - Strong communication and presentation skills - Organized, detail-oriented, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and technologies - Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques is a plus Requirements - Foundational knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Python, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL) - Basic proficiency in data analysis tools or languages such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python Benefits - The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $17.00 and $21.50.
