• Ensuring alignment of Calderys materials acquisitions with the required product technology technical requirements. This requires collaboration and partnering with procurement, quality, product management, research technology groups, marketing, manufacturing, and commercial sales teams to understand market needs and align with commercial goals. • Providing technology support and expertise for existing materials and Calderys product offerings. • Maintaining detailed materials roadmaps for all raw material categories, updated raw material technical specifications, and a library of refractory materials technology • Leading assigned and shared technology teams in internal and external fundamental research to advance Calderys’s understanding in key material technology knowledge. • Supervising, coaching, and developing direct reports and shared technology teams with safety as a priority. • Understanding competitive offerings and external technology developments relevant to Calderys’s key materials technology.
• Hygiene Safety Environment missions: Ensure compliance with safety rules, educate teams on preventive measures to achieve our safety objectives • Commercial plan building, execution & monitoring: Participate to the building of the annual sales plan/ budget forecast and mid-term plan for your perimeter • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly • Execute the commercial roadmaps developed for your segment or products or geography • Analyses sales trends/preparation of reports for management/advise on the business • Coordinate effectiveness of sales and development strategies including ensuring appropriate analysis and action plans are in place • Review and analyze performances against programs, quote and plan to determine effectiveness • Ensure business is servicing existing customer base at (or surpassing) expectations and developing new growth opportunities in each circuit and market segment • Develop plans and strategies for developing new commercial opportunities and achieving the sales goals with strong ability to build both internal and external relationships • Account management at medium account; if relevant supports Key account manager or Sales directors for some large accounts, including but not limited to: negotiating short term and long term contract, Identify growth/ profitability improvement opportunities (using CRM opportunity management functionality) and advance the relationships with customers in order to fully capture them • Apply the pricing policy vis a vis the assigned accounts • Establish and nurture relationship with assigned customers (management, purchasing, R&D) • Identify sales development targets, elaborate and implement appropriate development strategy • Ensure forecast accuracy and jointly manage customer relationship with Customer Service Team • Visit customers' sites, provide technical guidance and service on site, and give the feedback of products and application to technical department installation, and work closely with the technical department to solve customers' technical problems

• Work with customers to optimize furnace operations process and practices • Collecting operational data from customers • Writing reports and recommendations • Furnace slag chemistry analysis and recommendations • Trial and refractory installation support • Creating and presenting best practice SOP on EAF operations
• Completing environmental reporting requirements for HarbisonWalker International facilities • Preparing and submitting environmental & safety reporting (Title V, air, water, waste) and SPCC and SWPP plans • Providing technical guidance to manufacturing personnel regarding environmental issues • Implementing corporate environmental policies and procedures • Conducting environmental audits of manufacturing facilities • Negotiating environmental compliance issues with regulatory agencies • Evaluating capital projects as related to environmental issues
• Manage all activities that are required for preparation of Commercial Proposals and Supply Agreements • Gather detailed data from various resources to assemble justification packages • Assembly of corporate requirements to support the opportunities including: bid justification (CER-LT & Cash Flow), formal supply agreement and justification (CER, PPT, & Cash Flow) • Formal proposal preparation with Legal support • Delivery of formal agreement documentation for Sales delivery • Tracking project performance • Managing opportunities through CRM • Forecasting/tracking Revenue performance • Collaborate with clients, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables to assemble and provide quotes for value added service contracts • Develop comprehensive project plans, including task assignments, schedules, resource allocation, and budget estimates • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success • Gather background info from resources to support justification: Sales, Marketing, Equipment Manager, etc. Provide technical guidance for specifications, branding and terms in conjunction with appropriate internal departments and external groups including vendors, OEM’s and engineering firms • Provide Risk & Benefit Analysis: Assess financial and contractual risks and present to management for direction/decision • Value Proposition Development: Assemble justification package for presentation to management for proposal approval and official proposal package post approval (CER-LT) • Convert proposal package (CER-LT) to Supply Agreement/approval (CER) after customer acceptance including obtaining Calderys Legal approval • Work with Commercial Excellence team to Manage CRM opportunities and develop dashboards of information to track ATS delivery and performance • Forecasting and tracking Revenue performance versus contracts Cash Flow estimates including IFTS sales forecasting, tracking and process flow execution • Assistance with recruiting, hiring and managing VAS CPT Site Coordinators and Supervisor.
• Provides technical support and assistance for training, customer inquiries, engineering review, specifications review, presentations, quotations, and R&D. • Develops marketing staff and application engineers' product and application knowledge, training programs, and assists in their growth through field installations. • Optimize workflows and enhance user experiences for end users and support team. • Configure, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Security Operations. • Oversee upgrades, patches, and system releases while ensuring seamless business continuity. • Develop and refine workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts, and scheduled jobs for enhanced functionality. • Implement and enforce best practices in platform governance, access controls, and data integrity. • Ensure adherence to IT security standards and ServiceNow policies. • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and continuously improve platform capabilities. • Provide training, user support, and troubleshooting to resolve ServiceNow-related issues. • Engage with third-party vendors and ServiceNow support for advanced issue resolution. • Monitor system performance, identify potential inefficiencies, and optimize configurations. • Develop reports and dashboards to support IT management decision-making.
