• Serve as a real-time operational resource for the PAM team — monitoring call coverage, tracking task allocation, and recommending adjustments to keep the team operating efficiently • Pull ad hoc data to answer operational questions quickly and accurately, enabling the team to make fast, informed decisions • Monitor key operational metrics and flag emerging trends, bottlenecks, or anomalies before they become problems • Scope and document data and reporting requirements in partnership with the RevOps and data teams, ensuring the right information is accessible to Provider Operations • Identify patterns and opportunities in operational data through root cause analysis and trend identification • Contribute to a Voice of the Field and continuous improvement program that surfaces operational insights across the organization • Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations — communicating what the data means, not just what it shows • Partner cross-functionally to build a shared analytical understanding of where the biggest improvement opportunities exist • Support strategic projects with data scoping, analysis, and measurement input as needed • Assist with SOP development and maintenance, ensuring documentation is grounded in how operations actually run • Collaborate with the broader Operations team to embed data-informed thinking into day-to-day decisions and workflows.

• Serve as the functional lead and primary point of contact for Workday Financials across the organization • Partner closely with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to support day-to-day operations and evolving business needs • Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for Workday Financials enhancements • Provide subject matter expertise across core finance processes, ensuring system configuration aligns with accounting and operational best practices • Own Workday Financials business processes, security roles, and controls to support compliance and audit requirements • Develop and maintain Workday reports and analytics to support Finance visibility, close activities, and decision-making • Support and coordinate financial integrations with downstream and upstream systems, partnering with internal engineers or external vendors for more complex integration work • Lead Workday biannual release activities, including feature review, impact analysis, testing coordination, and adoption recommendations • Provide Tier 2/3 production support, including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and process improvements • Drive continuous process improvement through automation, intelligent solutions, and adoption of new Workday features and capabilities • Champion innovation across Finance systems, including opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data-driven insights • Mentor and support other team members as needed, contributing to overall team maturity and technical excellence

• Actively involved in the monthly close process, owning the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and workpapers. Focus areas to include Investments and Treasury, Stock-based Compensation, COGS and Employee Related Accruals, and Inventory. • Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve the accuracy and timeliness of monthly close; use ERP system effectively, with a keen eye on improving processes. • Conduct fluctuation and variance analysis and provide insightful explanations to help facilitate accurate monthly financial results. • Work closely with various internal teams to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data used for accounting purposes. • Assist with annual audits and tax compliance data preparation. • Document internal controls and current processes to ensure repeatability. • Actively participate in process improvement efforts and drive automation of routine processes within the Accounting Team. • Perform strategic initiatives and projects to support the growth and scalability of the company and assist with other accounting initiatives and ad hoc projects as needed.

• Own the full partnership lifecycle: prospecting, RFP and contract negotiation, and technical implementation with Engineering ownership. • Evaluate and onboard third-party vendors across interoperability players. • Translate integration requirements between clinical, technical, and commercial stakeholders. • Identify whitespace opportunities at the intersection of pharmacy, technology, and provider workflows. • You'll be a key driver of how BlinkRx connects to the broader healthcare ecosystem - building the partnerships that make complex clinical and pharmacy processes seamless for providers at scale. • Collaborate with leadership to align network and partner growth initiatives with business priorities and market opportunities. • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making. • Support long-term planning and scenario modeling to assess business opportunities and risks. • Identify, evaluate, and execute high impact projects and new market/product expansion initiatives. • Serve as a key partner to internal stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, Operations, Growth, and Finance, to align supply chain and network initiatives with operational goals. • Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations that leverage your understanding of the healthcare, pharmacy, or digital pharmacy landscape.

• Serve as on-site logistics lead at BlinkRx's priority events, including biopharma trade shows (Asembia, JPM Healthcare), provider conferences (Vision Expo), and BlinkRx-hosted executive programs • Manage day-of coordination across staffing, booth setup, AV, signage, and attendee flow to ensure smooth execution • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and venue teams during events, troubleshooting in real time • Coordinate hotel blocks, room assignments, and attendee travel arrangements for BlinkRx staff attending major conferences • Manage rooming lists and reservations, with attention to last-minute changes and competing priorities • Build and maintain logistics trackers, run-of-show documents, and attendee briefings ahead of each event • Support the Senior Manager on venue sourcing, vendor outreach, and materials production timelines • Track project milestones and flag risks to keep deliverables on schedule • Assist with booth design coordination, swag and collateral ordering, and shipping logistics • Maintain organized documentation across events: contracts, vendor contacts, shipping records, and post-event notes • Conduct post-event inventory and materials returns • Compile attendance, spend, and logistics notes to support the Senior Manager's post-event analysis • Identify recurring pain points and suggest process improvements for future events

• Own, advance, and champion Blink's enterprise Compliance Program, including the code of conduct, conflicts-of-interest, gifting, and whistleblower/reporting frameworks. • Lead the established compliance operating cadence (including weekly compliance reviews and the compliance committee), maintaining clear action items, accountability, and follow-through. • Provide periodic reports to the Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel on the nature, progress, and status of the program and emerging risks. • Own the HIPAA compliance program — policies, procedures, authorizations, revocation processes, and recordkeeping — keeping it current and continuing to strengthen it as the business and regulations evolve. • Maintain and enhance the practical guardrails and job aids that help Data, Engineering, and IT teams handle PHI correctly (e.g., approved-vs-not-approved platforms for PHI, data-governance guidance, BAA tracking with vendors). • Monitor and operationalize evolving privacy and consumer-protection requirements, including HIPAA, FTC, and state privacy laws. • Investigate and document potential compliance and privacy concerns, including HIPAA incidents and unauthorized-disclosure events, and partner with stakeholders to develop and execute remediation, coaching, and corrective-action plans. • Manage intake and response for medical-records and legal-process requests in coordination with Legal Operations. • Cooperate with internal and external auditors and reviewers, and lead Blink's responses to security and compliance audits and certifications (e.g., SOC 2, HITRUST) and to client/partner audits of Blink. • Support responses to regulator and state Attorney General inquiries in partnership with Legal. • Manage consumer and patient complaints, patient requests to access or delete information and other privacy-rights requests, and state Attorney General consumer-protection complaints, escalating to Legal where matters become formal enforcement. • Administer Blink’s exclusion and sanctions screening program (OIG/SAM/OFAC), including supporting screening-tool implementation and the investigation of potential screening hits, in partnership with the People team. • Partner with Pharmacy Operations and Clinical teams on quality and error-handling processes (e.g., fulfillment-error review, clinical templates and calibration) and support adverse-event reporting and pharmacovigilance policy. • Support compliance for patient-assistance and manufacturer-sponsored programs, including enrollment/unenrollment processes. • Oversee compliance education and training for all Blink employees, including developing training content and curricula. • Collaborate cross-functionally to determine, document, and implement policies and standard operating procedures that support a culture of compliance. • Support special projects and broader Legal team initiatives as the team and company grow.

• Leading Salesforce configuration and automation, including Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, validation rules, record types, layouts, and custom objects • Designing and building custom Salesforce solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs) • End-to-end user and license management, including roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules • Managing and optimizing integrations across tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce Data Cloud, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Ringlead, and GTM automation tools, including REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware platforms • Designing scalable, intuitive user experiences (e.g., screen flows) to streamline workflows and automate key processes like opportunity progression • Building and enforcing data models and stage gates to enable accurate reporting on metrics such as conversion rates, stage duration, and average order value • Driving data quality and governance, implementing rules and automation to maintain clean, reliable data • Owning the Salesforce platform roadmap, including prioritization and stakeholder alignment • Proactive system maintenance (Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, Optimizer) • Providing end-user support and resolving tickets efficiently • Leading user onboarding and ongoing training to drive adoption

• Design and implement a multi-layer AI security framework spanning data classification, detection and response, exfiltration prevention, governance, adversarial testing, and agentic identity management. • Evaluate, deploy, and operate AI-specific security tooling and integrate them into BlinkRx's security operations. • Architect secure MCP (Model Context Protocol) server deployments and define agent-to-agent authentication standards for agentic AI workflows. • Partner with Cloud Security to establish guardrails in AWS for AI workloads. • Define and enforce PHI/PII handling controls for all AI systems. • Design and execute AI red-team assessments against AI applications. • Integrate AI security controls into CI/CD pipelines and engineering workflows. • Develop automated testing and validation for AI applications and AI pipelines. • Build and operate an AI security testing pipeline using tools. • Perform adversarial testing of agentic AI workflows for privilege escalation, tool misuse, and unintended data access patterns.

• Manage, monitor, and maintain our network infrastructure, including Starlink, Meraki switches/WAP, Palo Alto firewalls/VPN, AWS VPC, and AWS Transit Gateway • Serve as a technical architect and consultant to other engineering teams by assisting them with network design and troubleshooting in a microservices & container-based environment (AWS, Kubernetes) • Work with IT leadership on projects, identify new products & solutions, and research solutions • Promote good network design practices by emphasizing Secure & compliant implementations, Redundancy/high availability, and Automation • Mentor and train service desk technicians to help them provide level 1 and 2 support • Act as the technical escalation point for network issues • Configure, harden, and patch network devices & services according to security best practices and recommendations • Monitor security alerts and investigate security incidents • Maintain technical documentation about the systems you manage • Communicate with stakeholders by keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of upcoming changes, or scheduled downtime • Participate in on-call support rotation • Duties will be primarily focused on Network administration, with backup provided to the systems engineering colleagues for Windows and Linux server administration.
