Senior Staff Accountant

• Produces timely, accurate, and reliable financial statements and accompanying documentation; drives efficiency and improvement within the month-end close process. • Maintains and reconciles the general ledger and sub ledgers monthly, prepares account reconciliations and resolves discrepancies; account reconciliations include cash accounts, AR, AP, fixed assets, prepaids and accruals. • Maintains fixed asset subledger, ensures capital expenditures are properly supported and classified, reviews additions and disposals, and calculates and records monthly depreciation/amortization. • Analyzes financial results and variances versus budget or forecasts. • Supports audits by providing necessary documentation and analyses while adhering to deadlines. • Identifies accounting and/or process issues, recommends and implements solutions. • Assists with tax preparation and filings. • Prepares ad hoc reporting requests. • Other duties as required.
Business Development Representative

Strategic Account Manager

• Establishes Asurint as a strategic partner to our clients and key stakeholders, while delivering customer and industry intelligence to drive retention and revenue growth. • Develops a precise and thorough strategic account plan detailing specific and relevant information about all aspects of assigned accounts with the end goal of retaining and growing assigned client base. • Works directly, professionally, and collaboratively with clients, internal teams (e.g., Product, Implementation, Client Support), and other cross-functional teams as required to meet client needs. • Monitors and analyzes service levels on assigned account base to ensure on-time delivery, and proactively addresses areas of opportunity as they are identified. • Conducts consultative reviews, QBR’s and consistent client meetings, and provides summaries to Asurint leaders outlining tasks completed, established action items, and analysis of marketing/growth opportunities to drive product utilization and performance. • Demonstrates knowledge of Asurint’s products, services, processes, and procedures to effectively communicate Asurint’s advantage to our clients and create alignment between our clients and our internal teams. • Collaborates with Client Implementation to onboard and integrate new clients and monitor new client revenue realization. • Develops and maintains knowledge of how to read, interpret, analyze, and provide suggestions and/or ideas on how to improve and monitor client account settings, processes, procedures, pricing, packages, etc. • Identifies risks and presents developed solutions to internal and external stakeholders. • Monitors, evaluates, and reports on account health, and works proactively to ensure superior client satisfaction. • Travels to client locations to resolve issues and collaborate on new opportunities and solutions as needed. • Other duties as required.
Business Performance Analyst – Research

• Assists Research Analysts with problem-solving and internal/external customer issues through roadblocks by providing enhanced reporting as necessary. • Coordinates and documents analysis processes to ensure the highest level of performance. • Evaluates department processes and requirements, evaluates alignment with organizational goals to optimize strategies, uncovers areas for improvement using quality trends, tracks trends, reports key findings to Research Management. • Works directly with Research Management to create and maintain a centralized repository of all Research reporting resources. • Monitors daily volume and collaborates with Research Management to ensure optimal efficiency and quality metrics are achieved and performance standards are met. • Prepares reports, statistics, agendas, and activities related to research and clients, including the calculation and reporting of daily efficiency for all team members. • Maintains a working knowledge of latest organizational processes and IT advancements to automate and/or modernize internal systems. • Handles confidential information responsibly and with good judgment; communicates with internal and external clients in a friendly but professional manner. • Manages competing resources and priorities. • Completes special projects as assigned. • Other duties as required.
Junior Database Developer

• The Junior Database Developer is responsible for assisting with the technical design, development, and ongoing improvement of Asurint’s databases and systems. • Reviewing/troubleshooting daily data load jobs. • Reviewing query performance, data loading and data extraction, deadlock resolution, and stored procedure development. • Assisting with level 1 database administration and monitoring. • Works with the DBA team to help coordinate and assist development teams in creating database procedures, functions, and triggers. • Executes database-related activities for changes to all database objects, primarily in OLTP designs. • Conducts performance tuning using SQL query, stored procedures, and database engine under the guidance of senior-level staff. • Assists with managing the Criminal Records database, including support and creation of SQL Agent jobs, complex query construction, and other support as deemed appropriate. • Assists with identifying production performance issues, blocking and deadlocks, and long-running queries. • Coordinates with other teams to address issues and escalates them to senior-level staff when appropriate. • Assists with creating database, process, and technical documentation. • Participates in release process meetings. • Collaborates with team members and business partners in defining, designing, developing, and implementing technology solutions to improve business functions. • Provides support before, during, and after normal business hours as well as nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Acts as Subject Matter Expert on Asurint criminal and civil search capabilities and the legal/court system. • Serves as client support for all tenant clients. • Manages relationships with key clients and leverages expertise to identify opportunities and recommend areas for program improvement. • Processes and documents information with speed, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail. • Identifies growth opportunities and works cross functionally to achieve realization and growth targets. • Works with Accounting and Business Analysts to oversee the invoicing process. • Monitors order and realization details; conducts order scoring/reporting as required. • Facilitates New Tenant Client set ups as needed. • Partners cross-functionally to troubleshoot root causes of delays, errors, and system challenges. • Conducts client training as needed. • Identifies trends across client base and works to proactively course correct if negative trends are discovered.
Product Manager – Transportation
