Tenant Segment Manager

ASTEC

• Acts as Subject Matter Expert on Asurint criminal and civil search capabilities and the legal/court system. • Serves as client support for all tenant clients. • Manages relationships with key clients and leverages expertise to identify opportunities and recommend areas for program improvement. • Processes and documents information with speed, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail. • Identifies growth opportunities and works cross functionally to achieve realization and growth targets. • Works with Accounting and Business Analysts to oversee the invoicing process. • Monitors order and realization details; conducts order scoring/reporting as required. • Facilitates New Tenant Client set ups as needed. • Partners cross-functionally to troubleshoot root causes of delays, errors, and system challenges. • Conducts client training as needed. • Identifies trends across client base and works to proactively course correct if negative trends are discovered.

Job Requirements

  • Experience supporting high-volume/key accounts is required.
  • Experience with data-centric products or processes is required.
  • Experience creating and/or utilizing reporting to drive outcomes and make decisions is required.
  • Experience project managing client initiatives from start to finish is required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical thinking skills are required.
  • Experience in Tenant/Housing Screening experience is preferred.
  • Experience with the legal/court system is preferred.
  • Experience with background screening is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required.
  • Relevant business management systems such as general ledger, HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred.
  • Salesforce is preferred.

Role Description The Regional Manager’s primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth in their assigned territory. Additionally, the Regional Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all program requirements.
