• Own the end-to-end project plan for each new market/site • Develop and maintain detailed launch timelines, ensuring all stakeholders (Operations, HR, Clinical, Finance, IT) are aligned and accountable • Facilitate regular cross-functional check-ins and status updates throughout the launch process • Identify and resolve blockers quickly, escalating to leadership when needed • Manage all logistics related to physical office or branch setup, including furniture, signage, and branded materials aligned with AbriCare's brand guidelines • Source, procure, and track all supplies and equipment needed for launch—clinical, operational, and administrative • Coordinate with IT vendors to ensure reliable internet, phone, and technology infrastructure is in place prior to launch • Serve as the primary point of contact for all third-party vendors during the build-out and setup phases • Partner with HR and recruiting to ensure local leadership and initial staffing are in place ahead of launch • Design and execute a structured operational handoff process, including training on systems, processes, and SOPs • Remain available as a resource to newly launched teams during their initial ramp period • Conduct post-launch retrospectives to capture learnings and continuously improve the expansion playbook • Build and continuously refine AbriCare's expansion playbook, documenting processes, templates, vendor contacts, and lessons learned • Develop standardized checklists, timelines, and tools that can be scaled as the company grows • Partner with Operations leadership to ensure new markets are set up for long-term success
• Manage end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires — caregivers and branch staff • Execute and track background checks, I-9 verification, and other pre-employment requirements • Collect, review, and organize all new hire forms and documentation for accuracy and completeness • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process • Process payroll for all employees (full-time, part-time, and variable hour caregivers) in Paylocity (both weekly and bi-weekly pay frequencies) • Understand and apply federal and state payroll tax requirements; coordinate with payroll tax filings as needed • Audit payroll registers prior to submission to identify and resolve discrepancies • Support year-end payroll processes including W-2 preparation and reconciliation • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files in Paylocity (personal info, job data, pay rates, benefits elections) • Run standard and ad hoc HR reports from Paylocity to support leadership needs • Identify and correct data entry errors proactively; maintain data hygiene standards • Support system configuration updates and workflow improvements in Paylocity as directed • Guide new hires through benefits enrollment during enrollment period(s) • Track enrollment deadlines and follow up with employees on missing elections • Coordinate with benefits broker and carriers on enrollment discrepancies or eligibility issues • Support open enrollment administration annually • Maintain and distribute HR forms, policy documents, and employee handbook updates • Support the Director of HR Operations with regulatory compliance tasks (state labor law postings, I-9 audits, personnel file maintenance) • Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, payroll, and benefits with accuracy and professionalism • Assist HR team with special projects, audits, and reporting as needed
