Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. - 5+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure, site deployment, workplace technology, or related technology programs. - Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills. - Comfortable speaking up and influencing stakeholders at all levels. - Experience managing projects involving network and wireless deployments, datacenter/server room readiness, and end-user technology deployment initiatives. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. - Strong knowledge of project management practices. - Experience coordinating internal technical teams and third-party vendors. - Proficiency with project management and reporting tools. - Strong written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills. Requirements - Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, laboratory, office, or multi-use facility environments. - Experience with global or multi-site IT deployment programs. - Familiarity with MDF/IDF design considerations and structured cabling standards. - Working knowledge of enterprise networking and operational handoff processes. - Experience in organizations with established PMO governance. - Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, CAPM, ITIL Foundation, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery experience is beneficial.
