Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Role Description What our client is trying to achieve/desired business outcome: - Core offering: Provides access to services and products tailored for publishers. - Market focus: Serves the academic publishing industry, particularly higher education institutions. - Unique positioning: Our client supports various business models for academic publishing. - Universities are the primary customers, fulfilling a niche need that no other company currently addresses. - Institutions may purchase books and journals in distinctive ways that accommodate. A successful engagement for this individual will mean leading up efforts in: - Understanding what has been built. - Completing any remaining work needed to go live. - Successfully going live with the new Salesforce platform. - Taking over ongoing maintenance and support of what has been built. - Contributing to future build work, including creation of clear documentation. - Informing and implementing strategies for CI/CD, test automation, and AI-driven software development. - Transitioning from partner’s tools by acquiring and configuring tools to enable those strategies. Qualifications - Experience playing a primary role with ongoing development of SFDC environments. - 5 years of experience developing in both Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
