• Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner for the Salesforce platform. • Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, security access, queues, public groups, and related administrative functions • Respond to user-generated tickets, support requests, system questions, and reported issues • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, configuration issues, data issues, user access issues, automation errors, and system defects • Maintain core Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning record pages, record types, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and list views • Monitor system performance, user adoption, data integrity, and overall platform health • Support Salesforce releases, sandbox testing, change management, and deployment activities • Maintain documentation of system configuration, business processes, data definitions, and support procedures • Lead and execute small-to-mid-sized Salesforce enhancement projects from intake through implementation • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical Salesforce solutions • Recommend scalable, maintainable, and best-practice-aligned solutions rather than simply fulfilling requests as submitted • Configure and enhance Salesforce functionality using declarative tools, including Flow, dynamic forms, page layouts, validation rules, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and related platform features • Support integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, including requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical partners or vendors • Evaluate the impact of requested changes on existing processes, data, reporting, user experience, integrations, and downstream systems • Support user acceptance testing, deployment planning, training documentation, and post-launch support for system changes • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce technical debt, improve user experience, and increase Salesforce adoption • Own and improve Salesforce data quality standards, including field usage, required data, duplicate management, naming conventions, data completeness, and reporting accuracy • Partner with business leaders to define and maintain consistent data definitions, field governance, and reporting standards • Monitor data quality trends and recommend corrective actions, automation, validation rules, dashboards, or process changes • Support data imports, exports, updates, cleanup efforts, deduplication, and migration activities • Ensure platform changes support accurate pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making • Serve as a trusted Salesforce advisor to business stakeholders • Help business users understand what Salesforce can and should do, while guiding them away from overly complex, manual, or non-scalable solutions • Balance business needs with platform sustainability, user experience, security, data quality, and long-term maintainability • Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, best practices, and platform capabilities • Work with internal IT, external consultants, vendors, and business teams to ensure Salesforce solutions are properly designed, tested, documented, and adopted
• Coordinates with Development to ensure that prompt and accurate estimates and pricing are achieved and consistent with project goals • Understands client contract with ESG. • Manages safety, site rules and terms and conditions. • Manages all aspects of scoping, pricing, and negotiating customer change orders during delivery • During project delivery leads, develops and maintains ongoing contact with the client to schedule and coordinate all work performed and to ensure clear and consistent communication about project progress, costs, and training • Leads project team in selection of appropriate contractors and vendors for each project; and contract issuance. • Works with the project team to develop contracting strategies, bid document formulation and bid evaluation procedures, development and coordination of final contract documents, administration of client contracts, preparation and administration of all 3rd party contracts and supervision of other contract personnel as necessary • Maintains project schedule and manages all contractor and subcontractor work and ensures on-time arrival of all project equipment and supplies • Create and manage pertinent construction documentation, such as submittals, RFIs, change orders, notifications, and correspondence. • Highly competent in review of plans, specs, and other contract documents • Prepare monthly pay requests
• Preparing and communicating preliminary and final budget estimates, design cost estimates, design-development cost estimates, and guaranteed maximum price (GMP) proposals, inclusive of value engineering • Defining the scope of work (SOW) by reviewing drawings and written SOW by internal and external engineers. • Managing the participation from subs to ensure coverage as well as qualifying the sub proposals for accuracy against the RFP SOW. • Creating and sending out RFPs through Procore to subs for bidding. • Managing relationships with designers, sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliers to organize pre-construction efforts for each project • Attending on-site pre-bid/proposal conferences and site visits as required • Negotiating and reviewing bids from sub-contractors, reviewing scopes of work, and analyzing costs as bids are received • Developing and reviewing subcontractor scopes of work and accepting, reviewing, and analyzing subcontractor quotes for best value • Overseeing the pre-construction phase and producing budget estimates from the pre-concept design stage to the construction document stage • Developing and overseeing project schedules and workload priorities with pre-construction staff and organizing estimating schedules • Supporting ESG Operations Group with preparing and pricing change orders on awarded work on an as-needed basis
• Coordinates with engineering staff to ensure that prompt and accurate estimates and pricing are achieved and consistent with project goals • Develops and maintains ongoing contact with the customer to schedule and coordinate all work performed and to ensure clear and consistent communication about the projects progress, costs and training • Assists engineers in obtaining quotes from outside mechanical, electrical and construction contractors and vendors, chooses appropriate contractors and vendors for each project, issues contracts, schedules and manages all contractor and subcontractor work and ensures on time arrival of all project equipment and supplies • Coordinates with ESG Management, Finance and Accounting support groups to ensure project is on track and cost objectives are met • Reviews Project Metrics report with the project accountant that contains contract value, percent of completion, billings, contingency and margin; flags on report that generate action items include under billings by more than 5% and margin deviation by greater than 3% • Monitors labor, materials, project modifications and work completion and makes changes as necessary to ensure achievement of project objectives within cost and time constraints • Works with temperature controls contractors to ensure systems, software and control strategies achieve project goals • Oversees all aspects of installation, working with all parties involved to proactively prevent and solve quality and other problems that may arise in the course of the project • Create and maintain an efficient, effective project work force, providing training and supervision for each member assigned to the project and coordinating team member activities to meet project objectives • Responsible for ensuring adherence to all OSHA, Federal, State and safety regulations as well as all ESG policies and procedures • Keeps abreast of all changes in federal, state and local safety regulations and company policies as they pertain to the project installation and implements system changes as required • Analyzes project costs and works with accounting and finance departments to determine customer billing • Performs all financial management tasks within ESGs financial management systems software • Performs related work as required
