• Prospect for new business, including working trade shows, researching via publications and the internet, involvement with numerous organizations, and making cold calls and more • Develop thorough knowledge of renewable energy industry, structure, opportunities, trends, and issues • Cultivate effective business relationships and communicate full scope of solutions to meet customer business goals and achieve sales objectives, volume, and market share • Open communication lines with customer to understand needs and concerns and ensure that our solutions are in accordance with their goals • Meet standards for activities and results, including number of first calls, number of letters of authorization or intent, amount of sales and, ultimately, gross margin dollar goals • Prepare and present professional proposals addressing all of the customers needs and concerns, including a financial proposal • Maintains customer contact throughout installation period to resolve any additional needs and concerns that may arise • Monitor account plan progress, including market conditions, customer needs, and competitive activity
• Coordinates all aspects of project execution, ensuring a smooth transition from the design phase to the installation and on-going service and support phase of the completed project • Advising, and assisting the Engineer in estimating and managing the account • Conferring with engineering personnel on technical information • Procuring and managing outside contractors • Scheduling project phases and training customers maintenance personnel • Manages all aspects of project finances including change management, revenue projections, customer billings, and quarterly updates • Acts as primary point of contact for all internal personnel, external contractors, subcontractors, and customer agents to coordinate all aspects of project installation • Ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget and that customers are satisfied with both the installation process and the end result • Responsible for management of other field assigned employees • Develops and maintains ongoing contact with the customer to schedule and coordinate all work performed and to ensure clear and consistent communication about the projects progress, costs, and training • Assists engineers in obtaining quotes from outside mechanical, electrical and construction contractors, and vendors, chooses appropriate contractors and vendors for each project, issues contracts, schedules and manages all contractor and subcontractor work and ensures on time arrival of all project equipment and supplies • Reviews Project Metrics report with the project accountant that contains contract value, percent of completion, billings, contingency, and margin; flags on report that generate action items include under billings by more than 5% and margin deviation by greater than 3% • Monitors labor, materials, project modifications and work completion and makes changes as necessary to ensure achievement of project objectives within cost and time constraints • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all OSHA, Federal, State and safety regulations as well as all ESG policies and procedures
• Conduct site assessment to determine solar energy and related technologies potential. • Analyze energy consumption and develop strategies for solar and related technology integration and optimization. • Perform energy savings calculations, life-cycle cost analysis, and ROI modeling. • Design and development of battery storage, solar photovoltaic and related technology systems. • Prepare technical designs, schematics, and proposals for solar projects. • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical customers both internal and external. • Proactively reviews and/or interprets problems or patterns related to design to limit risk and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. • As appropriate, solves issues or elevates to appropriate senior engineering members for team review and resolution. • Provides support to the regional development engineering, construction, and sales teams. • Serve as the subject matter expert for battery storage, solar technologies, codes, and standards. • High understanding of statistical and data analytics. • Stay updated on the latest solar technologies and industry trends. • Works to secure and maintain relevant professional certifications and licenses (e.g., Professional Engineering license). • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth installation and commissioning. • Approve equipment specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements. • Adheres to the strict safety standards of ESG and clients. • Requires a responsible, self-starter who can handle multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Design and build professional presentations (pptx, canva, and others) for sales, leadership, and marketing initiatives • Apply brand standards consistently across all presentations • Create custom charts, diagrams, timelines, and visual frameworks • Reformat and enhance existing presentations for clarity and impact • Translate rough content, notes, or documents into clear, visually compelling slides • Support proposal and client presentation development under tight timelines • Ensure final deliverables are polished, accurate, and client-ready
• Lead the scope development efforts for all potential projects across the ESG platform • Manage the workflow and deliverables of the wastewater development engineers • Identify and evaluate technical issues including evaluation of water and wastewater treatment plant operation • Work with the Business Development Team to review the initial pursuit strategy and potential scopes of work • Review and approve design requirements from design contractors • Develop construction documents and specification documents • Verify energy reductions and revenue enhancements forecasted

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for Wastewater Engineering initiatives across the organization • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team, supporting career development, succession planning, and professional training • Establish staffing needs and ensure balanced project assignments among team members, considering skill fit and workload distribution • Manage, direct, and coordinate the Wastewater Engineering group to ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business goals • Establish and track KPIs related to engineering quality, cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction • Standardize engineering workflows and documentation by developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Wastewater Engineering team • Drive innovation by exploring and incorporating emerging technologies and industry trends into designs • Ensure compliance with ESG engineering methodologies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements • Develop and approve technical documentation, including conceptual designs, construction documents, and commissioning plans • Review and approve treatment plant design, process performance, and equipment sizing to meet client deliverables • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Operations for seamless project transitions and alignment with customer goals • Facilitate internal and external communication through clear technical documentation and risk assessments • Work with Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure proper equipment procurement, delivery, installation, and constructability • Support Wastewater Performance Engineers in responding to RFIs during project development and delivery phases • Maintain full technical understanding of energy systems and facility operations throughout the project lifecycle • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and technical consultant for internal teams and external clients • Represent ESG at industry events and client engagements • Lead the development of scope of work, cost estimates, and energy savings calculations, ensuring accuracy and financial viability • Assist in the selection and approval of equipment, suppliers, contractors, and sub-consultants in alignment with project requirements and procurement standards • Support training, customer presentations, and technical support efforts as needed • Perform related work as required
• Partner with account teams to develop and execute strategies that support our clients communications needs to reach their own community • Partner with sales teams to create targeted collateral, presentations, and other materials that support prospecting and client engagement • Manage marketing messaging for local trade shows, conferences, and client events, ensuring brand consistency • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop marketing materials for complex, regional offers • Adapt national content and messaging for regional audiences, ensuring relevance and impact on clients in their geographies • Monitor regional trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategy and identify new opportunities • Collaborate with corporate teams to extend digital campaigns (email, social media, paid media) into regional markets • Measure and report on the effectiveness of regional marketing activities, providing recommendations for improvement
