Role Description The Retirement Plan Specialist provides support to Wealth Advisors, plan sponsors, administrators, and participants. The Retirement Plan Specialist reports to the Retirement Plan Manager and is responsible for supporting Wealth Advisors with plan design, preparing meeting materials, and serving as a liaison to plan providers. The Retirement Plan Specialist collaborates with plan providers, including recordkeepers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and custodians, to facilitate plan needs.
