Our hotline operates 24/7, offering confidential and compassionate assistance to callers seeking help, information, and referrals to local treatment and support services. SafeSpot aims to reduce overdose deaths and improve access to addiction treatment and support across the state of Massachusetts.
• The Video Operator is responsible for supporting the engineering needs of our remote broadcast and will paint and shade cameras, plus monitor, troubleshoot and maintain the technical operations of our remote events. • Provides technical engineering in the planning, design and implementation of a wide variety of events. • Responsible for adjusting video levels, black/white balance, and color balance between all cameras. • Patches and routes video, works with video team/staff to place monitors for talent and the show. • Ability to troubleshoot any video problem including camera, cabling, lens, etc. issues/concerns. • Manage and organize remote compound video, fiber cable and source list. • Organize, plan and develop workflows with support of Operations and Production partners. • Introduction to some system design and building and on-site integration and set up to include video path, fiber linked systems, digital video compression and transmission standards, PC networking, Master Control facilities and hub, and network storage systems. This will include broadcast trucks, fly packs and fiber kits.
