At Apex, you don’t just join a company, you help shape what comes next. We are currently seeking to add a full-time Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to our team. This position is hybrid. Most of the role can be performed remotely, with occasional in-person duties. Candidates located near the Greater Boston area who can travel to Woburn, Massachusetts, as needed, will be considered. Your Responsibilities as a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator : - Work alongside our Woburn-based Marketing Manager and Sr. Marketing Coordinator in pursuit of new work, with an emphasis on projects in the northeastern United States - Assist with the retrieval and tracking of requests for proposals/qualifications and help with go/no-go discussions - Support proposal plan preparation and drive proposal kick-off discussions - Contribute to compelling firm qualifications, proposals, and presentation materials in support of Apex’s business initiatives.
