• The Trail Construction Operator is a construction-based position responsible for assisting IMBA Trail Solutions (TS) with mountain bike trail construction and operational duties. • Work includes physical labor, the use of hand tools, heavy equipment operations, tool and equipment maintenance/repair, and executing projects within the outlined scope of work. • Works with the TS Director of Construction and Operations, TS Construction Manager, Project Managers, TS staff, and subcontractors. • A typical work week is Mon-Fri, 45 hours a week. • Extensive travel is required. While traveling lodging, ME&I and mileage are covered at or near GSA rates.

• Drive features end-to-end within your pod: write specs, create tickets, unblock engineers, and hold the line on scope and timelines • Break down abstract product concepts into small, clear tasks that engineers can execute without friction • Prioritize and sequence work across platforms, often making tradeoffs with incomplete information • Use the product daily, find the gaps, file the bugs, and advocate for the user experience • Maintain operational visibility: track delivery, surface blockers early, and keep the team aligned on what's shipping when • Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences

• Conduct outbound calls using provided scripts • Communicate with customers via phone and email • Update customer information in CRM systems • Support customer engagement activities

• Responsible for collecting and monitoring data on teams, lineups, and players using specialized software • Track performance in real time and provide valuable feedback to game managers • Monitor and complete quality assurance work on all games as they happen • Operate efficiently within the in-house software environment • Identify and confirm teams, lineups, and players with precision • Mark and prepare base data for the team to evaluate tracking performance • Coordinate with the Game Supervisor whenever support or clarification is needed • Participate in post-game meetings to share feedback and help identify areas for improvement
