You will work with Cisco Nexus and ASR platforms, troubleshoot complex WAN issues, and collaborate with global teams to ensure highly available, secure, and scalable network services. - Support, configure, and maintain WAN infrastructure across medium-to-large enterprise networks. - Troubleshoot and resolve WAN incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document solutions. - Implement and optimize MPLS, OSPF, and BGP routing in complex enterprise topologies. - Collaborate with network architects and cross-functional teams to design and execute WAN changes. - Support VPN solutions (site-to-site, IPSec, SSL-VPN) and ensure secure interoffice connectivity. - Work with firewall policies and monitoring systems to maintain network security posture. - Maintain detailed network documentation, topology diagrams, and change records. - Participate in change management processes and on-call rotations. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience working with medium-to-large networks focusing on IP routing, switching, and security. - Strong knowledge of MPLS, OSPF, and BGP and how they interact with the network. - Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS (IOS-XR and Nexus OS). - Familiarity with Cisco Nexus 9k/7k/5k/2k, ASR 1000/9000 routers, and Catalyst platforms. - Knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls and SSL-VPN solutions. - Exposure to large data center designs, inter-office routing plans, site-to-site VPNs, FW/IPSec implementations, and monitoring. - Experience connecting lab equipment, conducting proof-of-concepts, and documenting solutions with diagrams. - Data-driven, analytical problem solver with demonstrated operational success. Requirements - Experience with VoIP, RTP, SIP peering/trunking, and SBC solutions. - Exposure to large data center interconnects, interoffice routing plans, and FW/IPSec implementations. - Familiarity with incident response, vulnerability management, SIEM, IDS/IPS monitoring, and TCP/IP traffic analysis. - Knowledge of Linux network functions and SaaS/Cloud networking (GCP/AWS/Azure). - CCNP or equivalent certification. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
