• Providing comprehensive support to the entire Justice Business Unit (BU) by promptly responding to Help Desk calls. • Conducting expert triage and efficiently managing the resolution of customer service tickets. • Maintaining proactive communication with customers during outages and service activities. • Possesses advanced knowledge of application architecture, including each application component and functionality, to effectively troubleshoot issues. • Monitors assignment group queues within the case management system, prioritizing and resolving tickets in a timely manner. • Conducts thorough application-level troubleshooting, configuration adjustments, and facilitates case resolution to meet customer needs. • Actively contributes to the Knowledge Base, enhancing customer self-service capabilities and assisting fellow agents in resolving issues efficiently.

• Lead designated territory and provide end-to-end renewal execution support to ensure customer retention and annual revenue and growth targets • Spearhead renewal negotiations and drive incremental revenue • Connect with customers regularly both virtually and in-person to become a trusted advisor • Establish strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value • Develop effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth by driving Demand Generation, Pipeline and Opportunity Management strategies • Keep pipeline current and moving up the pipeline curve.

• Directly manage the four functional leads — GRC, AppSec, Cloud/Vulnerability, and SecOps — setting priorities, removing blockers, and holding them accountable to delivery. • Own the operational roadmap behind SOC 1 and SOC 2: continuous evidence collection, control owners, and audit readiness ahead of annual audits. • Drive the FedRAMP High authorization effort and the parallel GovRAMP pursuit — both multi-year, high-cost programs (FedRAMP High alone typically runs 12–24 months and $500K–$1M+) — translating authorization requirements into workstreams, milestones, and owners. • Report program status, risks, and resourcing needs to the CISO with enough detail to support executive and board reporting.

• Architect, build, and operate shared back-end services in Node.js that are consumed across Neumo's product portfolio. • Design for multi-tenancy from the start: tenant isolation, data separation, and per-tenant configuration are core to everything we build. • Build event-driven, serverless systems on AWS (Lambda, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, S3, RDS, Redshift). • Own your services in production: monitoring, tracing, alerting, and incident response, not just the first deploy. • Write and maintain automated tests across unit, integration, and regression layers, and keep coverage high. • Treat security as part of the definition of done: dependency and vulnerability remediation, secrets management, and compliance on sensitive paths like payments. • Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor) as part of your daily workflow, and review AI-generated code with the same rigor you'd apply to your own. • Participate in design reviews and code reviews, and share what you learn so the whole team levels up. • Partner with product and design to translate end-user requirements into pragmatic, scalable technical solutions. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Own the growth and development of the Neumo design system, working closely with product, technology, and senior company leadership. • Lead the creation, organization, and implementation of Neumo’s UX design system of visual style, UI components, and other design concerns. • Enable fellow design and product partners with the documentation needed to leverage, contribute to, scale, and evolve our library. • Lead and work closely with design system developers to define, build, and maintain reusable code components. • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to translate design concepts into tangible representations for feedback and testing. • Collaborate with an agile team of product managers and developers to ensure designs align with product goals, user needs, and technical feasibility. • Stay up-to-date on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design solutions.

• Drive prioritization and delivery of the product roadmap for Neumo’s payments capabilities • Conduct market analysis, positioning, customer research, quantitative analysis, and client feedback • Own the product lifecycle from market research through product definition, delivery, and go-to-market strategy • Develop the long-term product vision for payments and align resources • Achieve a clear understanding of the costs of your solution • Drive a partnership ecosystem to maximize revenue • Serve as the central point of contact between multiple groups

• Serve as a primary legal point of contact for Finance, HR, Information Security, Operations, Product, Procurement, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership on recurring legal questions • Provide practical legal analysis and recommendations on business, operational, customer-facing, and internal legal matters; draft legal opinions, notices, letters, internal guidance, and related documentation • Review and interpret contractual obligations, customer commitments, vendor obligations, internal policies, and legal risk issues • Support routine claims, disputes, demand letters, customer escalations, and pre-litigation matters; identify issues requiring escalation to the SVP or outside counsel • Review and advise on customer agreements, SaaS agreements, order forms, SOWs, amendments, renewals, vendor agreements, and government contracting documents • Assist with incident response documentation, breach notification analysis, preservation notices, and outside counsel coordination • Build practical templates and review standards for procurement and vendor management • Support the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, templates, and controls across privacy, records retention, anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, procurement, and contract management • Draft and review customer letters, legal notices, demand responses, cure notices, reservation of rights letters, and other legal correspondence • Coordinate with outside counsel on employment, litigation, privacy incidents, etc.
