What you will bring: - Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in an HR Operations role within a global or multinational company. Previous recruitment experience is also required. - Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Core Expertise: Deep, proven knowledge of Indian Labour Law, HR best practices, and statutory compliance. - Key Skills: - - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. - Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. - Proficiency with HRIS platforms, other HR-related software, and the Google Suite. - A high degree of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
