• Attend all required facilitator trainings and program sessions • Review educational material before each session and prepare as needed on your own time • Facilitate TCP curriculum for program participants in large and/or small group formats depending on assigned role • Coach and mentor participants through large and/or small group facilitation • Provide feedback to staff and LDC volunteers on educational content
• Plan, prepare, and lead all assigned peer group meetings: two annual 2-day in-person sessions per group and monthly 1–2 hour virtual sessions. • Design each meeting agenda with intention — introducing new topics, concepts, resources, or industry developments. • Manage group dynamics in real time — surface quiet voices, redirect dominant ones, hold productive silence, and convert tension into learning. • Maintain structured touchpoints with each member between meetings, including check-ins on prior commitments. • Lead new member onboarding and establish group norms, confidentiality expectations, and a group operating agreement. • Dedicate regular, structured time to researching developments in the mechanical/general repair industry. • Take primary ownership of member retention within assigned groups.

• Complete all Onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date • Check-in with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director at a minimum of 1x/month • Respond to all email and Slack communication promptly (within 48 hours) • Review the curriculum aligned to group assignment prior to group start time • Arrive ~10 minutes early to scheduled group time and facilitate all groups for the entirety of the hour • Facilitate groups using the current Charlie Health curriculum and best practices • Facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing and Wellness Hour as needed • Foster client engagement and group cohesion, encouraging client participation and fostering camera-on culture • Following all operational policies and procedures as indicated by Charlie Health best practices • Participate in collaborative Therapy Treatment Team (Tuesdays) and Group Supervision (every other Friday) with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director, peers and other Clinical Leadership team members • Collaborate closely with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists and Care Coaches • Communicate professionally and promptly with all clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents • Monitor your treatment documentation to ensure all of your notes are completed within required 24 hour timeframe and meet agency and professional standards per DHCS and The Joint Commission standards • Demonstrate professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality • Other duties as assigned
