• To deliver an overall learning experience that enables learners to successfully complete their learning programme, and to meet their potential and career aims. • To operate efficiently, constantly innovating with our business partners to achieve organisational confidence, value for money and excellence in teaching, learning and assessment. • Delivering solutions to address industry skills gaps for mid-career and new industry entrant learners, working with Decoded SMEs to provide a tailored and individualised learning plan. • The achievement and timely progress of learners through training, support and assessment practises. • Developing the abilities, knowledge, skill, behaviours and confidence of each learner working towards level 3 and level 4 qualifications. • Supporting the learners’ ability to work confidently, effectively and independently in life and work as part of the apprenticeship programme. • Developing individual learning plans to demonstrate learner progression, ensuring critical milestones are planned and met. • Maintaining accurate records of individual learner progress, coordinating the planning of and signing off on learning activities and assessment decisions, and actioning IQA feedback in BUD/Canvas.
• Architect and build bespoke software engineering programs for ambitious clients. • Partner with clients to design high-impact software engineering academies and upskilling journeys. • Maintain deep technical competence across the full SDLC and multiple programming languages. • Champion the use of AI coding assistants and testing methodologies in learning solutions. • Quickly develop and deploy prototype codebases, hackathons, and technical workshops for urgent customer needs. • Deliver the first version of technical programs, ensuring all code examples are production-grade and pedagogically sound.

• Take ownership of our engagement with external tender portals and tendering opportunities. • Ensure we are present on the right platforms and tendering frameworks. • Monitor opportunities regularly and maintain a clear, prioritised pipeline. • Act as the central point of coordination for proposals and tender responses. • Liaise with internal stakeholders to shape compelling, accurate, and tailored responses. • Ensure all submissions are compliant, well-structured, and submitted on time. • Build strong working relationships with internal teams to bring the right solution to each opportunity. • Support contract review and commercial /tender procurement processes where needed. • Track outcomes, feedback, and learning from tender submissions to improve future submissions.

• As a Senior Learning Designer you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and development of learning programmes • Translating learning needs and business objectives into structured, engaging, and instructionally robust learning journeys • Designing across multiple modalities: workshops, digital learning, assessments, and work-based application • Reviewing and being accountable for the quality of work procured from both internal and external members of the Product team, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other LXD team members • Coaching and mentoring team members of all levels in the design and development process.
• Acting as a primary internal authority for Data Science and Analytics, ensuring technical accuracy, relevance, and industry alignment across all programmes. • Acting as the end-to-end owner of learning products, designing systemic educational solutions - such as internal AI tools or automated grading processes, to solve delivery challenges at scale. • Designing, developing, and continuously improving high-quality, production-ready learning content • Delivering engaging, high-impact workshops to adult learners in virtual classrooms • Providing pedagogical coaching and line management to the Analytics team. • Leading the pedagogical scoping and educational narrative for commercial bids, working alongside sales and operational teams to ensure technical deliverables are feasible. • Managing the end-to-end delivery cycle of complex learning projects, ensuring all technical and pedagogical milestones are met.
