• Lead and manage the e-Commerce and Marketing Activities on Amazon store for NFPA • Drive and execute strategies to increase global sales and brand visibility and brand protection on Amazon Marketplace and potentially other E-Commerce channels. • Create and optimize product listings, ensuring they are continually assessed for SEO improvements (structure, keyword placement, imagery, etc.) and in compliance with Amazon’s guidelines. • Identify opportunities for increased NFPA brand visibility across the Amazon Marketplace and take initiative to work with Creative team and other key stakeholders to move them forward. • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals at Amazon and escalate address issues that arise. • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as page views, buy box percentage, customer reviews, and sales to identify areas of improvement. • Work collaboratively with others in the organization and our external partners to address counterfeit products and all account health announcements and issues that appear on Amazon marketplace. • Collaborate across departments (i.e. marketing, customer support, legal etc.) to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience. • Implement and manage Amazon advertising campaigns: Sponsored Store, Sponsored Products and display advertising campaigns. • Implement and optimize promotions strategies, including bundles and other promotions as may be requested from time to time by the business leader. • Stay informed about industry trends, Amazon policies, and competitor activities to proactively adjust strategies. • Manage inventory levels, forecasting and replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock situations and to avoid co-mingling of product with other sellers’ product. • Resolve customer issues promptly and wholistically and promote a positive brand image. • Generate and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting on sales, buy box percentage, ad performance, takedowns reported through RAV tool, etc. and provide analysis for improvement. • Evaluate additional eCommerce channels, and determine market potential for new distribution channels.
