related to online orders, fulfillment, and customer inquiries with professionalism • Maintain accurate vendor records, product information, and pricing across all online channels • Negotiate terms for online exclusives, promotional placements, and featured opportunities • Ensure all vendors meet quality standards for product photography, descriptions, and packaging • Manage social commerce integrations across Instagram Shopping, Facebook Shops, and emerging platforms • Develop and oversee influencer and creator partnership programs with clearly defined deliverables and performance benchmarks • Create and distribute affiliate links, promo codes, and UTM parameters for accurate campaign attribution • Identify, recruit, and onboard micro-influencers and content creators aligned with Village Retail's mission and brand values • Track influencer and affiliate performance and calculate ROI across all campaigns • Own and execute the full email marketing strategy using Klaviyo • Build, segment, and maintain email lists using advanced segmentation strategies to deliver targeted, high-performing campaigns • Design, build, and deploy weekly newsletters featuring new arrivals, vendor spotlights, and promotional content • Create and continuously optimize automated email flows including welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase follow-up, win-back campaigns, and back-in-stock notifications • Implement and manage SMS marketing campaigns integrated with the overall email strategy • A/B test subject lines, content, send times, and calls to action to maximize performance • Monitor email deliverability and maintain a healthy sender reputation • Execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and search visibility across traditional and AI-powered search platforms • Conduct keyword research for product pages, collections, and content to inform optimization priorities • Optimize on-page elements including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and image alt text across the storefront • Monitor and improve site speed and mobile usability on an ongoing basis • Track keyword rankings and organic traffic performance using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or comparable tools • Monitor Google Search Console for technical issues and leverage search performance data to inform strategy • Implement and maintain Schema.org structured data markup to support rich results in traditional search and help AI engines accurately understand products, pricing, reviews, and availability • Apply Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to ensure brand and product visibility in AI-generated search responses across platforms including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity • Develop and optimize FAQ content, buying guides, and conversational content that mirrors how users prompt AI tools, increasing the likelihood of appearing in generated responses • Build topical authority through long-form content including product tutorials, trend reports, and expert guides that support both traditional rankings and AI visibility • Optimize product content for voice search by structuring responses to answer specific, conversational queries clearly and concisely • Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 including event tracking and full e-commerce reporting • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including
