Qualifications - 5 to 8 Years of experience in data analytics domain with focus on supply chain management. Experience in client facing roles would be preferred. - Bachelors / master's degree in technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or a related field with focus on Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or AI/ML. - Strong analytical and structured thinking with a high willingness to learn. - Hands on working experience with supply chain data sources like ERP systems, MRP tools, Inventory management software, sales, warehousing, and TMS systems. - Understanding of supply chain master/transactional data and related dependencies. - Hands-on experience in data preparation (ETL), modeling, and analysis using tools like Databricks, Python, Spark, SQL. - Familiarity with data visualization and automation tools like Power BI, Qlik Sense, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar. - Interest or experience in AI, Machine Learning, mathematical modeling, or operations research is a plus. - A solid understanding of supply chain processes. - Experience in working on large scale projects with multi-disciplinary teams across the globe. - A hands-on mentality, team spirit, and a customer-centric mindset. - Strong communication skills in English.
