Role Description The Regional Support Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing the reconciliation of charts retrieved from provider offices within their assigned region. This role supports Chart Retrieval Specialists (CRS) by providing guidance, answering questions, and troubleshooting issues encountered during the retrieval process.
