Role Description
You'll build the systems that let Firecrawl's support scale faster than its headcount. As thousands of developers build on us, the way we support them has to get smarter, not just bigger. This is a full-stack engineering role on the Support Engineering team:
-
Build the internal tools and automations that make support fast, accurate, and scalable.
-
Ship AI-assisted support workflows that deflect, triage, and resolve issues faster.
-
Fix problems at the source: ship product and DX improvements that stop tickets before they happen.
-
Turn recurring support pain into engineering solutions the whole team relies on.
-
Work close to real developer problems and close the loop between support and product.
Qualifications
-
4+ years as a full-stack engineer, ideally building internal tools, automations, or developer-facing systems.
-
You're a strong full-stack engineer who likes building tools other people depend on.
-
You've built internal tools, automations, or developer-facing systems that got used every day.
-
Bonus for experience building with LLMs in production (prompt engineering, tool use, inference pipelines) or with support/DX tooling.
Requirements
-
Must already be authorized to work in the US or our eligible remote-hire regions.
-
We’re not able to sponsor visas right now, though that may change down the line.
