Maintain security models, user access, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies.
-
Support the creation and refinement of reports, dashboards, and list views.
-
Assist with CPQ, case management, lead routing, and other GTM workflows as needed.
-
Platform Maintenance & Data Quality
-
Monitor system health and troubleshoot user issues, data errors, and automation failures.
-
Perform data updates, uploads, deduplication, cleansing, and quality monitoring.
-
Maintain sandbox environments—including refresh cycles, testing coordination, and metadata cleanliness.
-
Collaborate on system audits, optimization efforts, and routine administrative maintenance.
-
Solution Delivery & Collaboration
-
Partner with Business Systems Analysts to understand requirements, user stories, and use cases.
-
Translate requirements into well-structured technical solutions aligned with platform best practices.
-
Collaborate with Salesforce Developers when custom code or advanced components are required.
-
Participate in design discussions, estimating effort and identifying edge cases or downstream impacts.
-
Testing, Deployment & Documentation
-
Create and execute test cases for admin-built changes; assist with UAT coordination.
-
Support release management processes: change documentation, version tracking, deployment validation, and end-user support.
-
Maintain admin-level documentation for configurations, workflows, data models, and processes.
-
Ensure traceability between business requirements and delivered solutions.

-
Develop user-facing guides, FAQs, and quick-reference materials.
-
Identify recurring user issues and recommend automation or process changes to reduce friction.
-
Continuous Improvement & Governance
-
Contribute to the evolution of governance standards for documentation, request intake, data structures, and development patterns.
-
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and optimize user experience.
-
Participate in Continuous Improvement huddles and Strategic Project huddles as needed.
-
Stay up to date on Salesforce releases, new features, and platform best practices.
Qualifications
