• Identify and recruit new partners within Xray’s ideal partner profile • Evaluate potential strategic partners to ensure synergy with their services, client base, and Atlassian ecosystem connections • Build and nurture strong relationships with Xray partners, including software vendors, resellers, and consultants • Reactivate inactive Xray partners and drive retention of existing ones • Serve as the main point of contact for your partner portfolio, understanding their business objectives and aligning Xray's capabilities to meet their needs • Conduct regular partner meetings, providing updates, sharing best practices, and addressing any concerns or issues • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans that drive partner success and revenue growth • Track partner performance metrics, including revenue, customer satisfaction, and partner margins, and provide insights and recommendations to drive growth
• Monitor and resolve tickets in the helpdesk queue with accuracy and urgency. • Prepare laptops, peripherals, accounts, and access for new employees. • Configure hardware, install required applications, and ensure proper connectivity. • Enroll, manage, and troubleshoot devices using mobile device management (MDM) platforms such as Intune or Google Workspace. • Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot business applications and endpoint software. • Develop and maintain clear, accurate documentation for processes, troubleshooting steps, onboarding, and system usage. • Support Microsoft 365 environments. • Support Google Workspace applications including Gmail, Drive, Meet, and Calendar. • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and account issues. • Deliver empathetic, clear, and solution-focused customer service. • Collaborate with IT team members to escalate issues and improve processes. • Coordinate shipment, return, tracking, and inventory management of company hardware assets. • Deploy and manage operating system, application, and security updates on endpoint devices. • Participate in daily standups with an agile team.
• Build and ship internal applications, services, and shared libraries end to end from API to the data layer. • Design, query, and tune our managed data platforms while keeping schemas, migrations, and query performance healthy. • Maintain the internal SDK that routes apps through the model gateway, injects keys, and adds tracing and cost headers, so teams write less code and we keep control of prompts and guardrails. • Run and harden the model gateway used by every team, including high availability across zones and clean dev, staging, and production environments. • Build and operate the cloud services behind the platform, including container compute, managed databases, caching, storage, and secrets. • Build and run the CI/CD pipelines, container registry, and monorepo tooling that every app depends on. • Own platform security maintenance by patching CVEs and security findings quickly during business hours. • Work with the Security team to implement core safety controls, including image and code scanning, secret scanning, access control, identity and sign-on, and audit logging. • Keep the platform reliable and observable through logging, tracing, issue resolution, and steady improvement. • Support cost visibility by tagging usage, building spend and chargeback views, and helping keep spend sensible. • Write clear documentation and provide practical support so teams can adopt the platform without friction.
• Own a portfolio of mid-market and growth accounts, ensuring customers successfully adopt and realise value from the product. • Develop and execute customer success plans tailored to account needs, maturity, and usage patterns. • Proactively engage customers to drive adoption, best practices, and continuous value realisation. • Independently manage customer relationships across user and business stakeholders. • Monitor customer health signals including usage, engagement, sentiment, and feedback. • Identify risks, gaps, and churn signals early and take proactive action to mitigate them. • Own first-line response to customer health risks and coordinate internally to ensure resolution. • Own renewal readiness signals for your portfolio by ensuring customers are achieving measurable value. • Partner with Renewal Managers by providing structured insights on account health, risks, and stakeholder context. • Ensure customers are aligned on value outcomes ahead of renewal cycles, without owning commercial negotiation or contract execution. • Act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, building strong, multi-threaded relationships across user and business stakeholders. • Run structured customer engagements (e.g. success reviews, QBR-lite sessions) to reinforce value, alignment, and adoption. • Maintain strong stakeholder mapping and engagement cadence across your portfolio. • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing structured feedback with Product, Renewals, Sales, and Support teams. • Collaborate with internal teams to remove blockers and improve the customer experience. • Support resolution of escalations through cross-functional coordination and ownership. • Use usage, engagement, and customer feedback data to drive proactive decision-making. • Identify patterns across your portfolio and propose improvements to processes, playbooks, or customer engagement strategies. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and CS systems.
• Deliver your brands’ strategic narrative in board decks, all-hands presentations, and investor materials • Own quarterly business reviews for your brands • Lead the end-to-end budget, forecast, and projection process • Collaborate with functional organization leads to execute their functional strategy • Drive recommendations on brand-related initiatives • Facilitate high-touch cross-functional response to solve urgent, high-impact issues • Conduct root cause analysis on significant business trends
• Define and lead the Engineering Platforms org — structure the org, direct report team, and establish ownership across defined pillars • Drive the platform shift — help transition Sembi from centralized DevOps to a platform engineering model where the road and guardrails are built for internal teams own their services end-to-end • Build the data and AI infrastructure layer — canonical data strategy across 8 products; AI platform foundations (model gateway, eval framework, training pipeline) that power Sembi's product AI roadmap • Govern cloud and infra — multi-brand cloud strategy, cost optimization, security posture, and vendor relationships • Partner with brand engineering leads — your platforms are their enabler; you'll build with them through innersourcing while reducing cognitive load so they can scale faster • Translate technical complexity into business outcomes — communicate platform strategy and tradeoffs clearly to the VP of Engineering, ELT, and board where relevant
• Responsible for planning and executing Sembi’s global event strategy end-to-end. • Serve as the operational backbone behind our presence at conferences, trade shows, and sponsored events, ensuring every experience is well-organized, on-brand, and aligned with pipeline and brand goals. • Research and evaluate events across software testing, DevOps, and security markets. • Collect sponsorship prospectuses and pricing, assess fit against goals and budgets, and recommend opportunities. • Partner with marketing leadership to finalize annual event budgets. • Track event expenses against forecasts and ensure financial accountability. • Oversee vendor relationships for booth builds, A/V, furniture, and lead scanning tools. • Ensure all leads are processed and distributed for follow-up within established timelines.
• Monitor, investigate and respond to security events, alerts and incidents across corporate, QA, staging and production environments • Execute vulnerability operations including intake, prioritization, tracking and remediation coordination in an AI-forward environment • Support IAM program through access changes, privileged access controls, access reviews and control validation • Maintain and improve security runbooks, workflows, documentation and operational procedures • Identify operational gaps and recommend practical improvements that strengthen coverage, response and alignment to best practices • Partner with IT, Engineering and business teams to address security issues across internal and customer-facing environments • Manage work in Jira, including ticket updates, prioritization, workflow discipline and backlog execution • Participate in on-call incident response as needed
• Lead the technical vision, design and operation of the company’s AI gateway and core AI enablement platform • Define and implement standards for approved AI providers, models, data sources, shared tools and usage patterns • Build and maintain controls for access, routing, policy enforcement, auditability and financial operations reporting across AI usage • Implement required identity, logging and related controls in alignment with broader IT and security standards • Partner through the AI Enablement Council to translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities and guardrails • Support onboarding, documentation and internal enablement for business teams using approved AI tooling • Evaluate gateway platforms and ecosystem capabilities to improve flexibility, governance and business value • Drive reliable platform operations, issue resolution and continuous improvement across the AI environment
