• Plan, build, and optimize email and SMS campaigns in HubSpot or High Level • Manage social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X) and maintain a 30-day content calendar • Design graphics and edit short-form video content using Canva, CapCut, or Figma • Automate workflows in Zapier to connect tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and others • Analyze campaign results using Excel or Google Sheets and present actionable insights • Collaborate with South American sales teams and document repeatable processes

• Leverage existing Meta relationships to source ad accounts and resolve compliance issues • Actively network with Meta employees in person • Advocate for business and advertisers for faster approvals and access to programs • Work with advertisers in sensitive verticals to understand compliance challenges • Maintain ongoing engagement with platform relationships • Deliver quick wins producing tangible results in 30-60 days • Track and report on relationship health and revenue impact from partnerships • Travel to industry events globally as needed

• Identify, engage, and convert key enterprise prospects • Run personalized discovery sessions, demos, and executive briefings • Develop financial justifications and ROI cases to support procurement • Close complex deals with multi-year, multi-seat contract structures • Keep Salesforce and HubSpot up to date with accurate forecasts • Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging with product capabilities • Use Gong to identify sales patterns, surface objections, and increase win rates • Contribute to the development of scalable sales materials and early playbooks

• Conduct discovery calls with warm leads generated by marketing and BDR efforts • Deeply understand each prospect's practice, challenges, and goals before presenting solutions • Deliver tailored slide deck presentations and proposals that map our services to prospect needs • Handle objections with transparency and consultative care • Close new business and hand off smoothly to the delivery and onboarding team • Maintain accurate pipeline notes and deal stages in our CRM • Run structured follow-up sequences via email, messaging, and calls • Supplement inbound leads with targeted outreach and light prospecting, especially early on • Collaborate closely with the founder and internal team on capacity and priorities

• Conduct outbound outreach via cold calling, email, and social channels • Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing initiatives • Engage prospects in discovery conversations to assess needs and fit • Generate and schedule qualified meetings and product demos • Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and outcomes in the CRM • Follow established sales processes and messaging frameworks • Consistently meet activity and opportunity creation targets

• Coordinate and schedule product demos and discovery calls with software vendors • Attend all demos, taking detailed and structured notes capturing key functionality, pricing, and differentiators • Produce written breakdowns comparing vendor platforms against current tools — including clear strengths/weaknesses analysis with direct quotes from demos • Manage ongoing vendor communication and follow-up to gather additional information or clarifications post-demo • Maintain a centralised tracker of all tools evaluated, status, and recommendation outcomes • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements before vendor evaluations • Flag discrepancies, red flags, or gaps in vendor offerings and escalate to relevant decision-makers

• Create engaging vertical videos aligned to brand strategy and audience • Script light talking points or full voiceover where needed (clear, natural delivery) • Film product features, use-cases, and lifestyle content in a relatable style • Edit and format content for TikTok/IG (captions, cover frames, pacing) • Communicate proactively on timelines, approvals, and revisions • Contribute creative concepts regularly (new angles, hooks, formats)
