Role Description
Our customer is seeking a skilled Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of proprietary crypto coin infrastructure within their financial organization. This role requires hands-on experience in blockchain technology, digital asset platforms, and financial systems integration. The architect will work closely with engineering, product, and compliance teams to build secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant solutions for native crypto coins, supporting the bank’s expansion into digital assets and decentralized finance.
-
Solution Design:
Translate business requirements into technical solutions for crypto coin interoperability, ensuring compliance and performance.
-
Crypto Coin Platform Architecture:
Architect and oversee the development of proprietary crypto coin systems, including consensus mechanisms, tokenomics, and smart contract frameworks.
-
Blockchain Network Operations:
Design and manage blockchain node infrastructure, validator networks, and cross-chain interoperability for native crypto coins.
-
Technical Architecture:
Design detailed architecture for coin issuance, transaction processing, wallet management, and blockchain network management with focus on scalability and security.
-
Technology Stack Oversight:
Recommend decisions on blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana), cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), APIs, and databases.
-
Integration:
Implement integration strategies for legacy financial systems and third-party services (e.g., KYC/AML, custodians).
-
Digital Asset Security:
Implement advanced cryptographic protocols, key management solutions (HSMs, MPC), and penetration testing for all digital asset platforms.
-
Compliance:
Ensure system designs meet regulatory standards (e.g., SEC, NYDFS, MiCA, GDPR, FATF Travel Rule) and conduct risk assessments.
-
Integration with DeFi and Web3:
Evaluate and integrate DeFi protocols, decentralized exchanges, and Web3 services to expand the utility and reach of proprietary coins.
-
Delivery Oversight:
Guide implementation teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
-
Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders and support decision-making.
-
Technology Evaluation:
Assess emerging technologies (DeFi, CBDCs, NFTs, DAOs) to enhance solution capabilities.
-
Ecosystem Partnerships:
Collaborate with external partners, open-source communities, and vendors to accelerate adoption and interoperability of customer's crypto solutions.
-
Documentation:
Produce technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data flows, and security protocols.
-
