• Own the full sales cycle for institutional and professional clients across our Predictions and Exchange products in the US market • Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with trading firms, hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional participants active in derivatives and digital asset markets • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing onboarding, ongoing relationship development, and revenue growth • Partner closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to structure client agreements and bring tailored solutions to market • Represent Crypto.com at industry events, conferences, and in client meetings as a subject matter expert in prediction markets and CFTC-regulated products • Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmap priorities • Track pipeline, activity, and revenue metrics — you'll be accountable for measurable outcomes
Job Requirements
- Direct experience working within or selling into CFTC-regulated markets — **this is a hard requirement**; experience at a DCM, FCM, or with CFTC-regulated derivatives products is strongly preferred
- 3+ years of institutional sales or business development experience in financial markets, with demonstrated success closing and managing complex client relationships
- CME Group experience (as a client, employee, or selling to CME-adjacent firms) is a significant plus
- Existing network of relationships with trading firms, hedge funds, or institutional market participants in the derivatives and/or digital asset space
- Strong understanding of event contracts, binary options, or prediction market mechanics
- Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment where the market structure itself is still evolving
- Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and product teams to navigate regulatory nuances
- Excellent communicator — able to explain complex products clearly to sophisticated clients and internal stakeholders alike.

Role Description The Senior Specialist, DAM is responsible for the strategic oversight, governance, and daily administration of Risepoint's Digital Asset Management system within the Optimizely DXP platform. This role serves as the internal subject matter expert for DAM operations, ensuring the system supports a growing portfolio of 100+ university partners through scalable structure, consistent metadata practices, and reliable asset workflows. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical proficiency, metadata strategy expertise, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive adoption and maximize the value of the DAM ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Director of Creative Operations, this position will partner closely with creative, content, brand, marketing, and business technology teams to define and enforce asset governance policies, implement taxonomy frameworks, and deliver training programs that empower stakeholders to effectively leverage digital assets at scale.
