• Own the full sales cycle for institutional and professional clients across our Exchange products in the US market • Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with trading firms, hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional participants active in derivatives and digital asset markets • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing onboarding, ongoing relationship development, and revenue growth • Partner closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to structure client agreements and bring tailored solutions to market • Represent Crypto.com at industry events, conferences, and in client meetings as a subject matter expert in CFTC-regulated derivatives and digital asset products • Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmap priorities • Track pipeline, activity, and revenue metrics — you'll be accountable for measurable outcomes

• Perform real-time monitoring of all exchange activity, security feeds, and product safety data to identify potential market abuse (wash trading, spoofing, etc.) and ensure price discovery is fair and not manipulated. • Monitor real-time market data to ensure participant compliance with margin requirements and position limits. • Utilize surveillance tools and dashboards to flag anomalies and escalate concerns. • Conduct post-trade reviews and forensic analysis of flagged transactions. • Conduct investigations of potential rule violations by obtaining testimony, compiling records and drafting investigative reports for presentation to the Chief Regulatory Officer. • Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommend appropriate actions. • Ensure adherence to applicable regulations (e.g., SEC, CFTC, FINRA, etc.) and internal policies. • Assist in preparing responses to regulatory inquiries and audits. • Contribute to the development and refinement of surveillance protocols and compliance frameworks. • Support enforcement of KYC/AML procedures and transaction monitoring. • Work closely with Legal, Risk, and Technology teams to improve surveillance systems and compliance workflows. • Liaise with external regulators and industry bodies as needed.

• Develop, implement, and validate derivatives pricing models for new and existing products across various asset classes (e.g., equities, commodities, futures, perpetuals, options). • Monitor and analyze real-time and historical portfolio risk, including exposure, leverage, margin utilization, concentration, and liquidation. • Design optimal automated liquidation logic and algorithms to balance market risk with market impact during extreme volatility. • Perform scenario analysis and stress testing across a range of market conditions. • Provide risk input into product onboarding, listing reviews, and regular risk parameter reviews: haircuts, margin levels, liquidation thresholds, index pricing, funding rates, and position limits. • Analyze market microstructure on multi-asset derivative markets, periodically review and calibrate risk models according to evolving market conditions. • Support the build and maintenance of internal risk dashboards and analytical tools.

• Provide expert-level remote management, administration, and support for Production and Demo trading exchange environments, ensuring system availability and application stability. • Execute and monitor daily operational processing, including contract scheduling, settlement of expired contracts, and end-of-day/start-of-day procedures. • Triage, troubleshoot, and drive resolution of production incidents. Follow defined escalation procedures and contribute to root cause analysis and post-incident reviews. • Monitor application and system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning recommendations to maintain optimal exchange operations. • Assist with version upgrades, deployments, and release validation in coordination with Development and QA teams. • Maintain and update runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation. Ensure seamless shift handovers with clear status communication. • Participate in the investigation, implementation, and operation of tools and scripts to automate, streamline, and continuously improve operational workflows. • Work closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues and support business-critical initiatives. • Monitoring of our multiple partner channels covering FCMs, TSPs, and Market Makers and responding to any queries raised in Slack or Teams effectively and efficiently.

• Design, build, and maintain automated pipelines for market creation, monitoring, settlement, and dispute resolution using Python and Airflow. • Integrate sports data feeds (e.g., Sportradar, Genius Sports), government data APIs (BLS, Fed, ECB), and political event sources to power automated settlement workflows. • Build and maintain REST API integrations with internal exchange systems and third-party data providers. • Develop AI-assisted tooling for outcome verification, edge case detection, and settlement rule drafting—leveraging LLM APIs and prompt engineering where appropriate. • Manage cron jobs and scheduled tasks; monitor pipeline health and respond to failures in production. • Instrument observability: logging, alerting, and audit trails that meet CFTC regulatory standards. • Partner with ExOps team members to identify manual processes and systematically eliminate them. • Contribute to internal tooling documentation and code review practices.

• Support and maintain the Crypto.com Compliance Program to include: Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), policy development, procedure maintenance, and ongoing monitoring • Support audits and reviews of the AML compliance program; engage with internal stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution • Assist in the development and management of project plans for regulatory remediation efforts, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to facilitate remediation efforts and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders • Prepare materials for working groups, committees, project dashboards, and executive presentations • Ensure clear and timely customer communication during the RFI process • Conduct due diligence reviews and ad hoc compliance assessments as needed • Support consumer compliance obligations, including Reg E (chargebacks, notice requirements, prepaid card and credit card compliance) and UDAAP • Own and maintain compliance policies and procedures, keeping them current with regulatory changes and business developments • Identify procedural opportunities and help drive process improvements across the compliance function • Perform ad hoc special projects as required • Work with regulators and help facilitate regulatory relationships as needed

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of predictive market contracts—from event identification and market creation through live monitoring, settlement, and dispute resolution. • Track live sports, political, and macroeconomic events in real time. When breaking news hits, you respond—adjusting specs, flagging risks, and keeping markets accurate. • Verify outcomes using authoritative sources: official league stats, government releases, regulatory filings. If there’s an edge case, you anticipated it and wrote the rule for it. • Draft clear, unambiguous settlement language that accounts for postponements, cancellations, amended results, and anything else the world throws at you. • Investigate and resolve settlement disputes under time pressure, maintaining a full audit trail that meets CFTC standards. • Surface process gaps and work with the team to close them—this role has a direct line to how operations evolve.
