Role Description This position is responsible for the deployment, configuration, and support of ERP integrations between Illumia's Payments software and client systems. This role owns assigned implementation projects end-to-end, managing configuration, testing, and client coordination while working within established integration patterns and frameworks. This is an entry-level role designed to build technical depth and delivery experience, with a clear path to grow into a fully independent Integration Engineer. Key Responsibilities and Duties - Own assigned integration projects from implementation through go-live, including configuration, testing, and client coordination. - Install, configure, and maintain ERP interface software connecting Payments solutions to client systems across supported platforms (e.g., Ellucian, PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle). - Design and implement standard integration configurations and electronic billing templates. - Perform troubleshooting and debugging of integrations and client configurations across established ERP platforms and implementation patterns. - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for integrations, enhancements, and fixes. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support implementation and ensure successful project delivery. - Actively participate in project calls, technical reviews, and client discussions to support delivery activities. - Contribute to documentation for integration processes, configurations, and best practices. - Build and apply strong working knowledge of the Payments product suite and integration frameworks. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Ability to work directly with clients in a professional, service-oriented environment. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines. - Foundational experience or exposure to SQL (Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server). - Basic understanding of web technologies and standards (REST/SOAP, XML, XSL, HTML). - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with ERP systems (Ellucian, PeopleSoft, Oracle). - Exposure to system integrations or implementation work. - Experience in a client-facing or professional services environment. - Familiarity with higher education or payments technology.
