Role Description We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Analyst with strong expertise in test automation, quality assurance, and Agile software development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: - Designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks - Executing automated test suites - Validating application functionality - Ensuring high-quality software releases This role requires hands-on experience with automation tools, API testing, CI/CD integration, and modern QA practices. Exposure to AI-assisted testing methodologies is a plus. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - 6+ years of software quality assurance and automation testing experience - 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation - 4+ years of experience with Test Driven Development (TDD), Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), or Behavior Driven Development (BDD) - 3+ years of experience developing automated test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, JUnit/TestNG, and Jenkins - 3+ years of experience implementing and maintaining automation framework components - 2+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Requirements - Experience with Java programming and scripting - Experience with AI-assisted testing tools or AI-generated test automation - Experience testing REST and GraphQL APIs - Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT authentication, and API contract testing - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes - Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or K6 - Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Role Description Intertek Alchemy is seeking a Consultant to join our Food Safety and Quality Assurance team. This is a remote position requiring extensive travel to client locations (80%+). In this role, you will partner directly with food manufacturing clients to develop, implement, and strengthen world-class food safety and quality systems that support regulatory compliance and GFSI certification readiness. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients build sustainable, audit-defensible systems aligned to SQF, BRCGS, and FSSC 22000 standards while strengthening regulatory compliance with USDA-FSIS and FDA requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Consulting Delivery and Client Support: - Provide hands-on consulting services to food industry clients across SQF, BRCGS, and FSSC 22000 standards to ensure audit readiness and sustained compliance. - Partner with clients to identify business objectives, develop an FSQA program strategy, and facilitate implementation of the plan. - Lead the development, reassessment, and enhancement of HACCP/Food Safety Plans, prerequisite programs, and regulatory documentation. - Support clients in addressing USDA-FSIS and FDA compliance requirements, including responses to regulatory findings such as NRs and 483s. - Conduct training courses on Preventive Controls for Human Food, HACCP, and other food safety topics, as qualified. - Deliver audit services for GFSI standards (SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000) when appropriately credentialed. - Client Relationship Management and Program Execution: - Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders to support continuous improvement in food safety, quality, productivity, and culture. - Conduct recurring program check-ins, including monthly Advantage Program client calls, to sustain system effectiveness. - Ensure timely completion of client deliverables, documentation management, and system updates. - Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking. - Manage travel schedules, expenses, and administrative requirements associated with consulting engagements. - Business Enablement and Growth Support: - Identify opportunities to enhance client value through additional Intertek Alchemy products and consulting services. - Practice consultative selling to promote Intertek Alchemy products and services to achieve client business needs. - Collaborate with Business Development and Business Operations teams on scheduling and opportunity alignment. - Partner with Marketing to support thought leadership initiatives, including webinars, speaking engagements, and written content as needed. - Operational Excellence and Internal Collaboration: - Ensure consistent execution of consulting engagements by maintaining high standards of documentation accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal systems. - Communicate effectively with the Senior Director, Technical Consulting and Services regarding client needs, project status, and escalation items. - Support continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and methodologies that enhance consulting effectiveness and scalability. Qualifications - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, auditing, consulting, or training within the food industry. - Strong technical expertise in USDA-FSIS and FDA regulatory requirements and broader food safety compliance frameworks. - Demonstrated knowledge of GFSI standards including SQF, BRCGS, and/or FSSC 22000. - Current Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) and HACCP certification. - Active or prior certification to conduct audits under at least 1 GFSI scheme (SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000). - Strong background in client-facing consulting, training delivery, and relationship management. - Moderate proficiency with CRM/ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) and strong administrative discipline in managing client documentation and reporting. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, educate, and build credibility with client stakeholders. - Ability to travel extensively (80%+), including domestic travel to client sites.
