• Conduct outbound calls to clients to follow up on incomplete applications or missing documentation and clearly communicate requirements • Respond to client inquiries, issues, and requests in a professional and timely manner • Review submitted documents, identify gaps, and guide clients on next steps to ensure completion • Manage client interactions end-to-end, ensuring requests are resolved or routed to the appropriate internal teams • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members when required • Accurately document all client interactions and ensure updates are recorded in accordance with procedures • Maintain confidentiality of client and Bank information at all times • Monitor and report any suspicious activity in line with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards, including AML, Terrorist Financing, FCAC consumer provisions, and Privacy Act requirements • Stay informed on internal processes, policies, and relevant updates to support accurate guidance to clients • Complete assigned tasks within defined guidelines and escalate issues as needed

• BMO is looking for a Senior level Controls/Compliance Analyst • Knowledge and experience testing Project Management, Service Delivery, and SDLC controls • Executes testing to provide insights and recommendations on test results • Provides advice and guidance on control effectiveness, program compliance and issue descriptions • Analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations
• Own and manage the full M365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, and identity/security integrations with on‑prem Active Directory and Entra ID • Ensure platform reliability, availability, tenant hygiene, configuration currency, and alignment with enterprise security and compliance policies • Lead Tier‑3 level engineering tasks, service hardening, integration enablement, and support migrations or onboarding of workloads to M365 • Design, build, and maintain Power Platform environments (Dev/Test/Prod), including Dataverse‑enabled environments, in alignment with M365 Engineering standards • Implement AI‑enabled or Copilot‑related features where appropriate, following environment configuration practices • Implement and maintain Power Platform governance (security, DLP, connector access, licensing alignment, audit requirements)
