PTC
Role Description Report to VP of Global Inside Sales. Lead all APAC inside sales teams, build high-performance remote sales system, drive CAD/PLM/SaaS software, renewal, training & consulting revenue across APAC markets and partners. Core Responsibilities - Revenue & Strategy - Own APAC inside sales quarterly/annual revenue quota, deliver sustainable year-on-year growth. - Develop regional inside sales strategy, expand pipeline, improve conversion and accelerate cross-sell/upsell. - Complete accurate sales forecasting and quarterly revenue commitments with internal CRM. - Partner Ecosystem Management - Cooperate with PTC authorized software resellers/distributors across APAC. - Boost partner activation, retention and recurring SaaS subscription revenue via joint co-selling. - Team Leadership & Talent Development - Recruit, manage and coach distributed APAC inside sales teams. - Build result-oriented sales culture matching PTC core values; design training & clear career paths. - Standardize monthly project QC and unified sales processes for the whole team. - Sales Operation Execution - Promote standardized value-based sales methodology and full CRM usage. - Optimize lead allocation, prospecting and order delivery workflows; coordinate with pre-sales technical teams. - Track sales data, focus on pipeline quality and revenue output instead of trivial activity metrics. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Align with field sales, regional directors, marketing, GBO and product teams on GTM plans. - Submit regional performance insights, growth analysis and optimization proposals to senior leadership. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree, Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering major required. - 8+ years B2B industrial software sales experience, 4+ years cross-country inside sales team leadership experience in APAC. - Fluent English reading & writing, oral English preferred. - Familiar with CRM systems; CAD/PLM software sales background is mandatory. - Experience managing APAC channel partners and driving SaaS recurring revenue (preferred). - Knowledge of SaaS subscription model, software license compliance (preferred). - Familiar with auto, aerospace, high-tech manufacturing verticals (preferred). - AI sales tools, cross-timezone multi-country team management experience (preferred). - Strong multi-tasking, data analysis, coaching and cross-cultural communication skills (preferred). In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our national account relationships through proactive outbound sales efforts.
