Role Description PTC is looking for a sales management professional in our East region. The Regional Director will manage a sales team focused on strategic accounts. This individual will provide strong leadership skills to develop the team, as well as drive and execute on sales campaigns. They will be capable of recruiting, building, and retaining a strong sales team. This position requires state-to-state travel. - Responsible for recruiting and team development within assigned region which will involve travel ~40% of time across the east region - Lead Forecasting, ARR Management, cross department collaboration, etc. - Tasked with executive account relationship management - Sorts out employee(s) personal and professional concerns and needs - Provides the right resources at the right times to employee(s) - Ensures staff understands professional development needs and attends training programs as necessary - Provide leadership to a team of approximately 5-10 sales representatives - Ability to achieve high activity levels while maintaining focus on multiple sales campaigns - Ability to direct and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed their target revenue quota in a competitive environment - Develop a professional sales force that achieves outstanding customer service - Competent in the ability to forecast and assess revenue opportunities - Experience selling complex enterprise software solutions Qualifications - Bachelors and/or Masters degree - 7+ years experience managing sales teams - 15+ years sales experience in software sales - Understanding of the manufacturing industry core software solutions, main competitors, and disruptive/emerging technologies - Leadership skills with the ability to inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed targets - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive data-based decision-making - Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and cultivate successful customer relationships - Proficiency in using SFDC CRM, Qlik analytics tools, and Clari Forecast Management software and other sales-related tools - Creative, collaborative mindset with the capability to work effectively across various territories and regions in North America Requirements - PTC carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation. Role Description As a Decommission Specialist, you will be responsible for: - Subscription & Renewal Monitoring: - Monitored subscription lifecycles, tracking subscription end dates and usage metrics within CRM platforms such as Salesforce. - Identified expired renewals, partial churn scenarios, and inactive accounts requiring decommissioning or reclamation actions. - Ensured timely intervention to avoid extended spending on inactive or non-renewed subscriptions. - Cloud Resource Optimization & Cost Control: - Oversaw decommissioning workflows to ensure full infrastructure cleanup, identifying and eliminating orphaned or residual resources to prevent unnecessary cloud spend. - Regularly analyze cloud environments to identify underutilized compute, storage, and networking services, recommending shutdown or rightsizing actions. - Provided proactive alerts on unused environments, environments linked to churned accounts, expired PoCs, or incomplete decommissioning activities to reduce avoidable costs. - Decommissioning & Asset Reclamation: - Submit and track decommissioning requests through ticketing systems, ensuring timely execution and verification of outcomes. - Reclaimed unused licenses and identified associated hardware or cloud assets tied to decommissioned environments. - Ensured environments were fully dismantled and validated across all supporting systems. - FinOps Collaboration & Cost Savings: - Partnered closely with FinOps teams to drive cost-saving initiatives and address discrepancies in cloud usage, allocation, or billing. - Supported ongoing cloud financial governance by validating resource ownership, spend accuracy, and consumption patterns. • Achieve assigned revenue target by selling PTC’s Onshape line of solutions and services to global leaders in the industrial and commercial products space • Build high level Executive relationships at target accounts in order to help build the trust and sponsorship needed to move sales cycles forward and to closure. • Provide sales strategy to cross-functional sales team resources (sales, presales specialists, product development, and global services) • Drive and manage the entire sales cycle – from identifying the right business initiatives and building a competitive value proposition to negotiating through close • Competent in the ability to forecast and assess revenue opportunities • Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients

• Contribute code and automation that enhance developer workflows and documentation delivery • Implement small requirements and fixes, improve CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate across engineering and documentation • Write unit/integration tests; participate in PR reviews • Instrument code and pipelines with basic metrics/logging • Follow secure coding and auth best practices
• Serve as the Oracle database authority for the product, advising development teams on SQL/PLSQL optimization, schema design, and built-in database tuning • Design and maintain database monitoring and observability, leveraging Oracle diagnostic and monitoring tools • Proactively identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues • Lead advanced troubleshooting of complex database problems (performance degradation, locking, contention, resource exhaustion) • Define and enforce database best practices and operational standards • Work directly with customers to monitor, tune, and optimize on-premises/private cloud Oracle instances • Collaborate with support and consulting teams; occasional on-site customer work may be required
• Foster and manage relationships with Solution Providers to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation • Act as primary liaison between PTC Solution Providers and internal business units • Support partners in their growth initiatives and advocating for their needs within PTC • Enable partner success through strategic alignment • Cultivate strong relationships and drive impactful strategies for long-term partnership success
