The Partner Sales Manager (PSM) owns the LogicMonitor business within a defined base of named partners and is accountable for driving partner-sourced pipeline and incremental year-over-year ARR growth. This role focuses on activating partners in the field, executing joint GTM activities, and orchestrating alignment between partner sellers and LogicMonitor Account Executives. Here's a closer look at this key role: - Partner Ownership & Revenue Contribution - Own and grow the LogicMonitor business within a defined base of named partners. - Drive partner-sourced pipeline and contribute to incremental YoY ARR growth. - Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for partner sellers within the assigned partner base. - Pipeline Generation & Field Engagement - Drive partner-sourced pipeline through field engagement, including partner meetings, enablement sessions, and joint selling activities. - Execute partner sales and program enablement, including deal registration processes and information portals. - Participate in in-office, virtual, and social partner events to increase opportunity creation. - Joint GTM Execution - Execute joint sales, marketing, and GTM activities aligned to partner capabilities and LogicMonitor partner strategies. - Support joint planning efforts and translate plans into actionable field execution. - Evaluate and prioritize partner field and marketing events to ensure effective use of Partner Marketing funds. - AE Orchestration & Opportunity Support - Work closely with LogicMonitor AEs to orchestrate partner engagement in active opportunities. - Maintain partner account mapping to identify overlaps, prioritize target accounts, and align joint selling motions. - Drive deal registration volume and quality through consistent partner engagement. - Performance Tracking & Partner Success - Track partner performance using defined KPIs, including pipeline, deal registration, and revenue contribution. - Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a high-quality Partner Experience (PX). - Identify execution gaps and take action to improve partner outcomes. Qualifications - 2-4 years of experience in partner sales, channel sales, or related sales roles, preferably in SaaS. - Proven experience supporting or driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. - Working knowledge of channel sales models and partner programs. - Strong collaboration skills and ability to align with AEs and cross-functional teams. - Results-oriented individual contributor with growing ownership and accountability. Role Description - Main Products to sell: - Dynamics 365 Finance - Supply Chain Management - CRM (Sales & Customer Service) - Project Operations - HR - Power Platform - Implementation & Support Services Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or IT. - 5+ years selling ERP and/or CRM solutions. - Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, or Construction. - Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc.). - Ability to conduct business discovery with CFOs and Operations Directors. - Experience responding to RFPs and preparing commercial proposals. - Understanding of implementation methodologies and project lifecycle. - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. - Strong English communication skills; Arabic is highly desirable. - GCC enterprise sales experience is strongly preferred.
Role Description - Drive enterprise sales for Microsoft Modern Work and Microsoft 365 solutions. - Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across enterprise and SMB accounts. - Build and maintain strong relationships with IT Managers, Infrastructure Managers, CIOs, and business decision-makers. - Understand customer business and technical requirements and recommend the most suitable Microsoft 365 solutions. - Promote and sell the following solutions: - Microsoft 365 - Exchange Online - Microsoft Teams - SharePoint Online - OneDrive - Microsoft Intune - Microsoft Defender - Microsoft 365 Copilot - Tenant-to-Tenant Migration - Managed Microsoft 365 Services - Work closely with technical and presales teams to deliver solution presentations, product demonstrations, and customer proposals. - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure. - Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives. - Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and participate in contract negotiations. - Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and sales forecast using CRM tools. - Identify opportunities for Microsoft 365 migrations, security enhancements, and managed services. - Build long-term customer relationships to drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. - Stay updated on Microsoft Modern Work technologies, licensing changes, and new product releases. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3–7 years of experience selling Microsoft Modern Work or Microsoft 365 solutions. - Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing, including Business Premium, E3, E5, and Frontline plans. - Good knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive migration projects. - Understanding of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, endpoint management, and Microsoft security solutions. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, including readiness assessments and adoption strategies. - Experience selling cloud migration projects, managed Microsoft 365 services, and subscription-based solutions. - Ability to engage effectively with IT Managers, Infrastructure Managers, CIOs, and other key stakeholders. - Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and account management skills. - Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with presales teams. - Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets. - Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is considered a plus. - Experience selling into GCC markets is preferred. - Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) or other Microsoft certifications are considered an advantage. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote sales environment.
