Role Description The Director, Program Delivery is responsible for the leadership, execution, and optimization of day-to-day operations supporting the US Patient Services team across patient access, affordability, and service delivery. This role ensures seamless coordination between internal teams, external vendors, and cross-functional partners to deliver a high-quality, compliant patient and provider experience. - Maximize operational efficiency using available data, on the ground learnings, and market research while optimizing both internal and external service partner measures. - Execute ongoing audits of launch analytics and reporting for Alnylam Assist, Field Reimbursement, and Channel functions ensuring appropriate data capture in custom CRM. - Design and build new dashboards to support ongoing and future product launches. - Delivery of all financial services programs offered by Alnylam Assist. - Surveil the competitive marketplace for new patient-facing and HCP initiatives and external customer service offerings. - Conceive, develop, and implement internal and external programs that drive resolution of complex issues (e.g., prior authorization issues, coordination between Alnylam Assist and channel distribution partners, need for additional patient or healthcare provider education and associated collateral). - Ensure internal and external stakeholder satisfaction of US Patient Services through regular communication, satisfaction surveys, and execution of both internal and external key performance indicators. - Support scalable development of launch capabilities, technology, and business processes. - Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to ensure compliant development and execution of US Patient Services & Channel initiatives. Qualifications - BS/BA degree (science or business degree preferred). - 10 years business experience, with 8 years in one or more of the following: Patient Services, Reimbursement, or operations within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. - Proven track record of executing strategic and tactical plans that have delivered strong commercial results. - Strong desire to assess the competitive marketplace and develop/implement new patient programs and services. - Flexible and stimulated by a fast-paced environment. - Experience in rare diseases desirable. - Proven ability to influence without authority and work with cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of brand strategic imperatives. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to travel up to 20% as necessary. - Clear alignment with Alnylam Core Values: Commitment to People, Innovation and Discovery, Sense of Urgency, Open Culture, Passion for Excellence.
